Price for room, the view, the bed was uncomfortable

valet parking was nice but pricy. there was a bfast available in the am but not free

being a rewards member i gave my nbr to the front desk to get points. after checking seems the clerk put my stay under another rewards nbr and not mine.

Great location. Friendly reception staff. Bathrobes and slippers. Comfy beds. Good size room. Netflix on TV a bonus. Good bar and restaurant and cafe on site

Having to ask for bathrobe slippers and towels, but soon solved so not really a problem

Great staff, very clean, and lots to do around the area for next time I travel for pleasure. Loved it!!

Rooms could be a little bigger and the valet parking can be packed at times.

No kettle in the room and the hot water tap in the hotel restaurant was broken, bed not that comfortable, room was very dry, no real vegetarian options in restaurant (par for the course in Memphis), cafe in the hotel was subpar.

The interior was beautiful.

Room was pretty small, no microwave and ice machine didn't work. “Curfew” was a little overpriced and someone in the kitchen doesn't know how to make a medium well burger.

The Curfew restaurant food was amazing and the staff in the hotel were awesome.

snow storm when we were in Memphis but the hotel were keen to ensure we knew the situation and gave us flyers for delivery service etc. They had their team stay overnight to ensure there were staff the following morning. Slow service but that was to be expected and they delt with the situation well. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Gym was a good size for a hotel and the breakfast was good. Room was okay size but clean and had everything needed. Location good and everything was walkable, even with the snowy weather.

Quite expensive for what it is, assume that is due to the location of Memphis.

Great checkin staff but reception needs more staff in general!

Room wasn't serviced while staying fir 2 nights. Had to ask for towels and teas 3x Bar slow Happy hour misleading Music event in bar evening not warm to others

It was close to FedEx Center and walking distance to plenty of restaurants as well as very clean.

I was not happy to pay for valet parking. I would rather have parked the car myself, but that wasn’t an option. $350 per night seemed too high for this hotel.

It was clean & modern. Very upscale but at the same time very comfy. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I liked everything. But my husband found the pillows too firm . That is the only excuse why we gave 9 points. It would have been nice one of the 2 firm pillows was a medium or soft…

Breakfast was nice, price range was okay. Very clean hotel, room was a nice size, staff friendly and helpful.

Ideally located walking distance from Beale Street and across from the historic Peabody hotel this hotel was clean, well maintained with friendly and efficient staff. Valet parking was quick and easy as was check in / out. Room size was great and rooms included safety deposit box and fridge. Its also a mile or so distance from Sun Studios and 15 mins drive from Graceland.

The place is modern and well appointed. It does have some wear and tear in the rooms. But the room was comfortable the bed was great and it was clean. Frank the valet guy is fantastic and will take care of you from taking your car to recommending and even calling somewhere on your behalf. The location is great.

The rooms have some heavy wear and tear. There was only one receptionist when we checked in and the line was very long. Otherwise no complaints. Would stay here again.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was great, not far from lots of attractions. Room was clean and well equiped. Bathroom were modern and had good pressure.

It was a nice comfortable room but was very basic for the money. Good location. Valet parking was efficient. Staff were really friendly. The bar area was beautiful

Housekeeping is only done when you request the night before, which I think is cheeky to begin with as they aren’t a cheap hotel. When we did request the night before, they never cleaned our room the next day which was disappointing. We’ve stayed at 12 hotels as part of road trip and this was the only one which wouldn’t clean our room each day.

Well for the price I paid for my room you would think it would be bigger. Then my room was hot. The shower don’t seem like it was cleaned.
