Had to ring the head office to let us in at 12.30 am

Bath tap was dripping & couldn’t turn off. Bath & towels dirty. Apartment needs a paint. Blinds were broken. Outside side was dirty.

The balcony could have been clean and they could have had new blinds up to the sliding door Leading to the balcony

Convenient location

It’s dirty — they obviously hadn’t swept or vacuumed in quite some time. There’s also maintenance necessary that they clearly aren’t willing to address, using excuses like “Covid is preventing them”, which is absurd in 2023.

Location was central and convenient for the event we were in town for.

The apartment was not clean - roaches in the refrigerator - and there appeared to be unsafe conditions at an outlet with metal sticking out of it. Other outlets weren't working. We had a very difficult time checking in and the hosts never answered the phone number we were given to contact them in case of issues. Primarily, it became clear that this unit is in an apartment building where tenants are NOT allowed to rent out their units and it should not have been listed for short term vacation stays.
