Fantastic view, 80m to a nice beach, which isnt crowded. Supernice owner, very helpful and kind. Covered parking behind building. The balcony is big plus in the evening for a nice sunset. In really hot days and nights would be advantage to have aircon. The fan might be not enough.

Location is fantastic less than 1 minute to what feels like a private beach. It's quiet with restaurants less than 5 minutes drive away. Close to olbia city. Close to most of the beautiful beaches in Sardinia. The owner keeps umbrellas for everyone to use. There is also beach stuff, a great money saving service.

It could do with air conditioning but then it would be more expensive. Plus the apartments have fans to push cool air through, which works well.

We are a couple and spent seventeen wonderful days at one of the flats. The whole structure is immaculate and corresponds to the description and the photos. In particular, the flat was spotlessly clean and the common parts are kept clean and tidy by dedicated personnel. All the guests in the other flats were very civilised. Several beautiful beaches are reachable on foot within minutes, including one that is fifty metres from the property. All those beaches are free and very sparsely populated. It is common to have a beach all for oneself, and the only noise heard is that of seawater. The view of the bay is fantastic.

Very nice and clean property. Nice very quite area, very close beach in surrounded with nature. Very comfortable rooms, and with good kitchen. Big bonus is private free parking space. Really countryside experience...

It was my most awful experience on booking.com! Because; * Some of the not customerfriendly and not common requirements- "rules" was written in the description some not. Most disgusting is that all the information about absurd rules is wirtten at the very last section of the description as something additional. But that information which put as something additional apeared to be the most important part for the host and it can cause all your troubles and bed experiences that is awaiting for you in this "wonderful" place. * It's superfsr from averything important for life like shops, restaurants/cafes, pharmacy e.t.c. * The road to the building is like an adventure for the offroad fans. If you are not driving SUV, Jeep or any car with solid offroad abilities you and your car are in trouble. * Mobile Internet connection (even italian carrier) in the room almost doesn't work. Wi-Fi is super slow and you can't use it even for checking Instagram feed. * Problems with room. - It has no windows - there is no conditioner inside - bathroom cabin is small and the curtain is dirty - it's very cold and wet inside the room even in summer * Checkin and check out time is absurd. They checking you in at the second half of thr day almost in the evening but requires to check out in the morning. You have only certain time for checking in or out. Otherwise you should pay 35 euros. * Yes, it's close to the sea, but the view of the sea, the beach and the sand are most ordinar. It's not the sea and the beach that you expect to see when comes to Sardegnia. While the next beach , which is 3-4 km far is amazing. I do not recommend this property !

I know that some of these things are written in the description, but the experience was awfull! Towels and bed sheets tax : aprox 50 euros ! (4 persons ) beside the booking fee. Inconfortable beds . At shower we had just an soap. The check out policy : 8-10 am. At 9:45 the owner ring the bell door to take us out , “because they need the flat”! receptionist was rude! A lot of mosquitos ! I do not recommend this property !

Great location Very clean and tidy The reception is responsive.

Both my son and myself got a lot of mosquito bites. Didn’t know the lining and the tower require the extra charge.
