No elevator

I initially booked only 4 days on a 9-day visit to Istanbul, with the intention to maybe explore Turkey a little - during my first 4 days at Magnova, I wanted to stay longer in Istanbul. Omesh was extremely accommodating and helpful in finding me another hotel for 2 nights so that I could return to Magnova Studios for the rest of my stay. My stay in Istanbul was an amazing experience with the contribution of the staff at Magnova Studios. The service and care I received are attributes you will not find in larger group hotels. The staff are patient, kind, and professional and apply such a personal touch that my stay felt like home away from home. I was well catered for. Omesh and Sonia were extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable while staying at their hotel. Staff are always available and attentive. I travel a lot and in all my years of travel, I have not met amazing staff at any hotel before like I have at Magnova Studios. Muhammed went out of his way to manage my entertainment (dinner cruise, shuttle,etc.) and massage bookings. He assisted me with directions and advice and carried my bags so that I was never for a minute left to feel inconvenienced or uncomfortable with my luggage. Mohammed Riza is so friendly and so caring as well. Always concerned about my safety and checking on me if I required anything. Riza's restaurant suggestion was one of the highlights of my trip. The room was extremely comfortable and spacious with all that you would need for a visit to Istanbul. Loved having an aircon to manage the extremely high temperatures of Istanbul. The hotel is situated perfectly for someone who would enjoy one of the most lively streets of Istanbul, convenient shopping (stores open till late), alot of eating establishments within very close walking distance and public transport is easily accessible.

Perfect location in amongst the hubbub. Really helpful and friendly staff. Spacious and comfortable.

AMEX card payment is not possible at property. If I knew, I'd have gone to another hotel. Noise from street till 4am. (since it's right on the busy main street)

Wonderful and spacious rooms! Istiklal street is lit 24*7 and this hotel is in the heart of istiklal! Fab location!

Below is my wife Sharmistha 's comments,who stayed at the property from 26th June to 1st July,2023 : My stay at the Magnova was really very nice . The location was very good and well connected . The staff was extremely helpful and I was warmly greeted. They all helped me with everything very willingly. Mohammed, Mertz and the cleaning lady was very nice and made my stay very comfortable. Special mention should be made of Riza who not only helped me but also introduced me to good places to eat the best food . He also made sure I was safe . Heartfelt gratitude to everyone . I will come back here when I am next in Istanbul .

A little noisy but if you want to be in the best location with 24 hour staff and in a stones throw from everything you expect that.

Not much but be mindful of the noise since it is on the busiest street of Istanbul which did not matter for me.

I can't recommend this place enough! The location is absolutely amazing - we were blown away. And the staff were so super friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and even helped us with our transfers. We felt so well taken care of, and it really made our trip that much more special. Thank you so much for all your help!

It was quite a climb to get to the rooms in the first building, with many stairs to ascend. And to top it off, the big room was located in another building across the street. Nonetheless, the big room was simply amazing.

location was perfect, very helpful and polite staff, always ready to help, cozy beds, cleaning was very good, kitchenette at the property

our room better suited for 2, not for 3 people that we were - foldable bed took almost all space and wasn’t very comfy. bathroom and toilet privacy was not that perfect - shower is technically in the room itself with glass walls (though there were curtains). toilet also has tanned glass doors. breakfast was served in a cafe across the street - it was good though not diverse, so take that into consideration if you stay longer. we preferred Turkish tea over coffee during breakfast - it was much better. steep stairs and no elevator at the peppery - take that into consideration if you have elderly people traveling with you. consider taking a room with inner yard views - it gets very noisy on Istiklal street

From our first day, the staff here are already helpful and very friendly. Note that this studio apartment has no elevator so we have to climb the stairs (lots of it), but they helped carry our 2 big luggages to our room. Room is very spacious, with balcony straight to Istiklal street. There is also a small kitchenette where you can have a light cook. Cleanliness is almost exceptional and they provide you basic amenities. Really enjoyin our long stay in Magnova, and definitely will come back.

The stairs 😅, because no elevator in the building, so we have to climb up 3 level. No safety box. Due to located in central Istiklal Street, where all the hype is happening, sometimes can be very noisy from morning to late night. Might be not suitable for those who need silence and calm ambiance to get sleep.

Responsive staff, cozy, has everything you need, the location - the very center, what you need to visit the city for the first time. Breakfast included is a big bonus.

Noise under the windows, especially on Friday and Saturday nights. I sleep with earplugs - I don't care, but my partner woke up several times during the night

none. but if i need to add, there is no elevator and it is physically impossible for most of the hotels around this area to have one as the buildings are mostly small and tight packed. however, the staff helps with your luggage so no worries.

The hotel is in the best spot in town! Very clean and welcoming! I really recomand! The staff arw so nice and great! 10 out of 10!!

This is our second time to Magnova Studios. We booked the hamam room again. It’s fantastic, truly. It’s right on Istikal street. perfect for us.
