Desk staff had a difficult time understanding me and speaking efficient English to me.

It was very clean and close by to my daughter.

The toilet seat was very cheap and wouldn't stay up. Also the Television service was very poor. No descriptions or guide saying what is on.

The room was great and very clean. Had many different thing’s available.

Staff seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. She had to make phone calls while checking us in. I asked about the pull out bed the place offered and she said she would check. When asked again she stated she didn’t have a chance to ask then changed what she said to she didn’t find one. The hotel reeked of marijuana.

The breakfast was decent, your usual eggs and sausage and waffles. The staff members we spoke to were nice.

The room looked clean when we first got there, until we slowly started noticing things. There was hair all in the bathroom, hair in the pillows on the bed, a matted hair stuck to one of the room signs, as well as rust and mold stains in the bathrooms. We also couldn’t take showers because the water never got hot. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that didn’t have hot water. It smelled and looked clean from first glance, but you can always tell when they’re not truly cleaning like they should.
