It was disgusting! Black stains all over the floors, the toilet moved whenever you sat on it, black spots on the beds, mildew/mold smell, the hot tub was brown. We refused to stay there so we left and didn’t stay.

Clerk was nice

We didn't stay! Rooms were nasty! Carpet was dirty, hair and dust between headboard and mattress, smelled musky, and we went with another couple and they killed a bug in their room. We wasn't in there 15 minutes and decided we wasn't staying there. We've ask for full refund and was told we would because it was nasty and so far haven't gotten refund ! Not happy!

Check in was quick and pleasant. Bed was comfortable. Ac was perfect it cooled fast.

The bathroom was a little dirty. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. There was pee and hair from previous person that was in the room on the bathroom floor.

Like the hotel and rooms.

Didn’t like the bed bugs biting me from the dirty mattress.

Bedsheet was stained in one of the rooms I reserved that looked like coffee?? We tried getting the bed changed by house keeping but it was already late, so the manager gave us a new blanket to replace the one that was dirty.

It’s always clean and the staff are always friendly.

The pool water was green and cloudy, there was mold on the doors inside the indoor pool area and even if we wanted to swim there were no pool towls and I was told housekeeping was gone for the day (at 4:00) so there are no more pool tools or regular towels for showers. I only had a good experience with 1 of the 5 employees we came in contact with over the 3 days/2 nights we stayed

Broken door lock, broken lamp, unclean, wet spots in the floor.

The location was nice. Hotel looked okay from outside and lobby.

Walked in to a sign that the pool and hot tub was out of service. Said I wanted to cancel since that was an important requirement when booking. Hotel staff says pool is now open. Hallway stinks, room smells like smoke, pull out sofa is awful, paint is bubbled up in bathroom, no light bulbs in room lamps. We had to call down for a blanket for the pull out sofa, was told we needed to come to the desk to get it. Towels were not replaced or picked up our whole stay. Lawn desperately needed mowed, trash outside was overflowing and all over lawn. Only one door to get inside worked. Employee told us pool was out of service the one time we had a few minutes to use it so we went and changed back into clothes and came up with a new game plan. Then, another employee says the pool is actually open, and the other employees don’t know so not to listen to any other employees. 🤦‍♀️

This was a good Place to stay. The price was excellent.

Ended up paying more than agreed on Booking.com.
