Frühstück, Lage, Service Tipp Top!

Frühstück war hervorragend, Innenhof sehr schön, Als Stadthotel absolut eine empfehlenswerte Adresse, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze um das Hotel konnten wir unkompliziert finden. Zimmer im 1.OG sind sehr gut.

In dit hotel krijg je nog persoonlijke aandacht. Is er tijd voor een praatje en wordt je correct geholpen indien nodig. De eigenaar José reed persoonlijk met mij naar het lokale politie bureau om mijn gevonden telefoon op te pikken die ik tijdens een wandeling was verloren. Dat is service! Het ontbijt werd prima naar wens verzorgd. Drankjes kon je zelf uit de koelkast halen en noteren, alles op basis van vertrouwen. Een prima dakterras met pool.

Niets. Ik zou het echt niet weten.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It is in a small village so you get to enjoy the real Spain and not the tourist-only towns. The hotel is clean, modern and comfortable. It has a lovely patio and the rooftop is also nice. Last, but definitely not least, the staff was so amazing kind! They even borrowed us a sun ombrella for the beach

We had requested a room on the highest floor (2 months prior to arrival) and when we got there we had been assigned a room on the ground floor. However, the next morning after explaining the situation, they kindly changed our room.

The hotel is small and gave a good personal service. The room was well furnished and maintained.

the hotel was more than imagined. staff is excellent, very hands on, ready to help whenever needed, rooms are exceptionally clean and very comfortable, breakfast was tasty and the terraces very cozy and intimate. good location, close to the main beaches.

Exceptional staff, the way the guests are treated is extraordinary: personal touch to everything, great recommendations for day trips, restaurant, beaches and very good attention to detail. custom needs like using the lobby or breakfast room for some work meetings during the day were fulfilled with ease.

as expected, a rental car is a must if you want to explore the coast and but most everyday things are only a short drive away (restaurants, supermarket)

The breakfast here was fantastic. Freshly made and the service was fantastic. So attentive and the staff were able to meet our needs each morning. Jose, Brigitte, and the staff were great - full of insightful tips and info to explore the Island and they were never too busy to address any questions or queries we had. The hotel is in a great location surrounded by a few of local restaurants and bars where the service was exceptional.

We had a Double room on the ground floor that faced the street. Unfortunately, it was quite noisy with pedestrians and traffic during the morning and lunchtime periods. Having said that the hotel is in a great location, but I'd suggest guests aim for a garden view or for rooms with a balcony. The was a free car park literally a 1 min walk from the hotel, however, it was a little small - but this was not a huge issue as there was also free on-the-street parking available too.

It felt like home, the hospitality of the service ladies is outstanding, warm and welcoming. We'll definitely come back!

the best stay ever! hotel owner is very fans welcome person - advices us lots of plays to see and was very helpful at any question we had Juanita and Bridjit are so nice ladies who cooked delicious breakfast for us - big, tasty, different combinations for any preference

the room was on the street side, which was pretty noisy with cars driving by. This was not indicated in the description and photo’s on booking. com.

Very welcoming, very clean and well maintained, comfortable room, well laid out, rooms facing courtyard very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast on terrace every morning good selection, staff go of their way to help you and make suggestions for things to do in area.

Brigitte was very nice and helpfull and the hotel is small but made with taste and was at a good location. Breakfast is ok,nothing special.

Everything would be great if it wasn't for the last night - we had to leave really early in the morning and would appreciate a couple of hours of sleep but apparently some guests were under the influence (very high if I may add) of alcohol and tried to enter our room for a couple of times (not intentionally I believe) and were going all over the hallway and their room making terrible noise for a long period of time. It all seemed like we were in a youth hostel and not a nice,small hotel so that kind of ruined our experience.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They gave us a lot of recommendations about what to do in the area. The interior of the hotel looks good and our room had a good shower.

The hotel is located at a quit village. But it has a few stores (supermarket, bakery etc). Cala D’Or is a 10 min ride.

The owner of the hotel who gave us the greatest hospitality, explained the area, gave us suggestions for places and beaches to go to, as well as advice for boat rental. The hotel itself is great it has a rooftop terrace with a pool and amazing views. It offers delicious breakfast and it's in a town that is very close by all the best beaches on the island. And it's also half an hour to an hour drive away from all the parts of the island. Free parking. A great place for a relaxing holiday.
