Needed 2 little seats table outside.

Very dark and dingy, tv not working rang the owner to tell them , but they did not ring back, which I found very rude. No where to sit outside.

Excellent location. Kitchen well equipped. Very comfortable bed.
Difficult Wi-Fi reception - I’d to go outdoors. I bit more than I wanted to pay.

Brilliant location for visiting Masham and the surrounding areas. We went for the steam rally and it was in an excellent location, right next to the black sheep brewery which unfortunately we didnt have time to get a proper look around and a two minute walk from the local co-op. The cottage was well equipped with what we needed, and the keys being left in a lock box was super easy for check in and out.
The mattress - desperately needs changing (funnily enough back in 2018 somebody wrote in the guest book the mattress needed changing so i dont think its been done since then!). It was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on especially on one side where the springs were that badly gone that my partner actually rolled out of it on the first night as there was no support! We managed to sort of shift the mattress so it sat actually on the bed frame for the second night but it only helped a bit. The tv remote also needs changing as its that worn that you cant see the what the buttons are. An easy fix really, just like the mattress.

Lovely location especially as I have family in the area, apartment was well equipped without being overcrowded with gagdets.
Possibly replace the mattress as it felt very hard in places

Very cold even with heating on. No gel or shampoo in shower. Bed was to sort.

Location is very good. Next to The White Bear and Black Sheep Visitor Centre.
Shower tray needs to be replaced. it does not drain well. A deep clean of the property every so often would not go amiss.

The host provided plenty of information and access to the key was nice and simple. It was a convenient location and had we planned ahead we would have enjoyed the nearby hotel for a meal. Internet connectivity was surprisingly good and BT TV gave us enough entertainment. The apartment was comfortable and the kitchen well provided for.
Parking was a little confusing on arrival and the steps down to the property were unstable. There doesn't appear to be any sound insulation between the property above and this apartment so you get to hear their TV and footfall. The host clearly struggles with mould in the shower.

The location, the facilities, nice comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, ample parking. The welcome pack was also a nice touch.
I would have to be really picky to find something not to like... if anything it would have to be noise from the apartments upstairs and next door.
