Lovely big bedrooms with ensuite. Great layout of main space. Well fitted kitchen. Quiet area.

Security- couldn't close outer doors properly. Service- we needed cleaning items,replacement condiments and other minor issues. Described as a serviced apartment, the mgt was disinterested in providing service to sort out! They agreed the front lock was faulty and extra items needed to be replaced but it never happened during our stay. So it's a nice apartment but you're also paying for it to be serviced. This was the worst customer service I have had from any self catering property l have stayed in so far. I think the mgt need to go through the apartment with a fine tooth comb because it hadn't been checked over properly. If they're not going to provide something or there's issues - l would have preferred to know in advance.

Shower drained away really slowly and had a small leak, my husband spotted that the shower doors had been put on the wrong way.

Everything!!! Amazing location on a quiet, tree lined, residential street, yet literally a 5 min walk to Chinese, curry, pizza, fish and chip shop, co-op etc. Very convenient. The apartment was quiet, no traffic noise. Very clean, good quality furniture and comfortable. Superb kitchen facilities. Will definitely look into booking it again next year. Plenty of room for a family. Fast broadband. Great tvs. Had a problem with a key and Jill was straight out with a replacement. Very difficult to find fault with anything.

Nothing really. It was up a good few stairs, but that was expected.

Would have preferred if it was serviced / cleaned / towels changed whilst we were away each day or every other day but think due to Covid there is a 6 day rule for this. Also banged my head on the low ceiling beam as you come out door or apartment. There is a small sign but it should be cushioned and marked with bright paint.

Beautifully furnished apartment with excellent facilities and everything you need. A very high standard throughout, with excellent instructions and communication from the owners. Highly recommended by us!

Shower drained very slowly, several items of crockery were chipped and the visible wires under the TV spoiled the look of the lovely living area. Disappointed that there were no wardrobes in either bedroom, only coat hangers hanging from hooks on the wall. No DVD player/netflix etc. It would have been nice for the heating to be on, on arrival, though the heating does kick in quickly.
