Bienvenue au Grandview Cottage!
Un chalet de bardeaux de cèdre classique et pittoresque est nouveau sur VRBO. Le chalet est confortable et a deux étages avec 660 pieds carrés d'espace de vie. En entrant dans la maison, vous serez accueilli avec un salon, une salle à manger et une cuisine à aire ouverte. Il y a un canapé convertible queen. Une laveuse et une sécheuse à l'intérieur du chalet ajoute de la commodité. La chambre principale du roi est au deuxième niveau, ainsi que la salle de bain spacieuse avec baignoire / douche. La salle de bain est accessible séparément de la chambre.
Profitez de passer du temps dans vos deux espaces extérieurs privés, l'un en entrant dans le chalet et l'autre au deuxième étage accessible par la chambre. Une douche extérieure est disponible uniquement pour votre fête. Le chalet dispose d'une voiture désignée parking hors rue, ce qui le rend pratique car vous pouvez vous garer et vous promener dans toute la ville.

What a perfect little hideaway. Plenty of space for two people and the occasional grown child who decides to crash for a night. :) The decks are lovely, the house is comfortable, and the location is ideal. We have stayed in the Grandview Cottage twice and it keeps getting better and better! Location cannot be beat and having off street parking is fantastic! The covered decks are great for relaxing and everything is clean and well appointed. We had a wonderful time and hope to stay again soon.

This is a gem! Basically park you car and walk. Walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping, neighborhood stroll … the location is so convenient! The cottage is lovely, clean and very comfortable. A choice of two decks let you choose where you wanted to relax. Love the parking right there at the cottage. Everything was so manageable. The king size bed was very comfortable as well as the pillows. Towels were fluffy and soft. Kitchen is small but had everything we needed. TVs were large and easy to operate. I just loved this cottage! And, I look forward to a return trip!

Our second of what I expect will be many stays in this cottage. For two people it is perfect in every way. Clean. Full of light. Great porches. Well furnished. Two minute walk to beach. Five minute walk to restaurants and shopping. Two large TV’s if for some reason one must stay inside. Very responsive owner.

Terrific cottage for a one or two-person getaway. Super clean. Cleverly designed, decorated and furnished inside. Two decks for sunshine, cocktail, reading. One block to the beach. Five or ten-minute easy and interesting walk to good restaurants. Our go-to from now on without a doubt.

A lovely three-night visit
We've stayed in many Cape May accommodations -- weekly rentals/B&B/hotels over the past 35 years, but this was our first VRBO. All the reviews are accurate about the great communication, cleanliness, location etc. We also found the bed very comfy and the a/c excellent, two important considerations for us. Having Steger's service was great, as we usually drag all our stuff to/fro, so this felt indulgent. Thank you for a lovely end-of-season beach holiday!

Great Location, Great Property
The property was clean and well kept. One block from beach access made getting to the ocean a breeze. The place comes with beach chair and umbrella service which was great, a first for us. Walking distance to anywhere downtown was easy too. A++ Stay.

Location, location, location
This place is the perfect to start your Cape May vacation. Ideal for 2-3 people. Very clean, well equipped, and good use of space. They even included a basket of snacks of every type! It is one block from beach and about 5 from house. We loved the privacy and quietness of a self-contained unit. The property manager was most helpful when we arrived. He provided us with information about the property and about area restaurants. There is a “just right” sized booklet with all the house instructions and area visits. Not too cumbersome. Well equipped for cooking in if you so should choose. There is no grill on the premises. Did I mention clean. We felt very comfortable that everything was clean and sanitized. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Perfect Family Getaway!
My family and I had a wonderful experience staying here. The house was perfect for us (myself, husband and 21 month old son). The house was extremely clean, bright and cozy. It had everything we needed and was also in walking distance of everything (restaurants, coffee, shopping, etc.). The owner was quick to respond with any questions about the check in/check out process. Definitely planning to stay here again next year if there is availability!

Just a great sweet place. Well located to walk everywhere. Very comfortable bed and bath. The owner was so nice and responsive. Outdoor space was nice. Literally our only complaint is no wine glasses! When that is what isn’t right you know this place is a 10!

Fantastic cottage one block from the beach!
My husband and I had a fabulous trip to Cape May to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The cottage was incredibly clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. A snack basket was a nice touch. We loved the porch and balcony. Great for happy hour! The cottage was an easy walk to everything and the beach was so close. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Definitely want to return!

Little slice of heaven
This was our first trip back to Cape May in 5 years and it was great. The cottage was perfect for me and my husband. We had plenty of room to spread out and loved the location.
There was a small snack basket with water waiting for us when we arrived. The other great touch was a complimentary beach umbrella for the week at the local rental stand right when you enter the beach. We had them set it up for us everyday.
We really enjoyed time on the porch drinking coffee, reading, listening to music and having evening cocktails.
The owner was very responsive to emails/calls.
Overall we had a great week and hope to come back again next summer.

Great location - we didn’t drive all week! Cottage was very clean and updated-it was perfect for a family of 4 with older children. The 2 decks are great spaces. Would definitely do it again!
