This place was the biggest dump I've ever stayed in my life I had a mouse when I woke up right next to me on my pillow right next to my pillow on my bed tons of my tongue the Cockroaches and dirtiest place I've ever stayed in my entire life do not recommend this place at all needs to be shut down closed forever the OU in Edmond

People were super nice,

No Breakfast, no soap, no trashcan. Very Nice people but comfort and security are lacking. No screens on the windows and a sponge was shoved into a hole in my door. They are remodeling and I hope they get things sorted because they are very nice, hospitable people.

no towels in room.. door had a hole you could stick your hand through. weird people hanging out at the office. a whole bicycle was being constructed in the lobby. the room still had food from previous guests.. entire hotel reeked of marijuana.

It being on the main road

First night was put in a room with no bed just a pull out couch and I was given dirty sheets. Second day they felt sorry and moved me to a room with a bed but I did a full check of the room and noticed black tar heroine sitting on a night stand in the room. For that reason and me being a licensed security officer I'm rating as bad as I am I would also like to request my money back from this stay but don't know the process to do it.

The photos posted on the listing on Booking were absolutely nothing like the actual hotel. The curtains are held up by tacks, the Central Air doesn't work in the halls and common areas, there are holes and stains in the walls. The hotels reek of stale cigarettes and not to mention, there are mice that run across the floors at night.

The location is decent. The room was clean.

The staff was unhelpful, unprofessional and threw away $30 worth of my belongings when they booked someone else into MY room and "cleaned". They endangered my belongings when they booked a stranger into my room and then took no responsibility for it and provided no compensation. There was no staff available to help us sort out the situation - we waited downstairs for 30 minutes, called the desk, tried to contact online, nothing. The "manager" knocked on my door afterwards to further inconvenience me, asking "who are you?" without even introducing himself. These people don't even know who they've booked into their own hotel. If you value your safety and belongings, avoid this dump at all costs.

The bed was comfortable, the water was hot.

We did discuss these issues with the manager and sent a list of complaints to OYO about this so this review should not be a surprise to the motel. This motel was a mess. The excuse was we just acquired it and are fixing it up. But a room should meet the conditions stated at the booking site. Check in was at 3:00 pm we arrived a little early but the manager was off to lunch and did not return until past 4:00. There was a TV in the room but no cords either power, cable or clicker to turn the TV on. They “Promised” to send someone right up but did not for two days. The room had one towel and we booked for two people. Asking for a towel we were “Promised” for two nights that we would receive a new towel. There was no room service during our two day stay. The tub needed to be cleaned before we took a bath. There was only one light in each of the multi socket fixtures. There was not smoke detector in the room a fire issue. The electric door lock was missing it’s back and the wires hanging out. The curtains were nailed to the wall no rod. The elevator did not work. The couch was ripped and had holes. There was not refrigerator in the room. Don’t be fooled by the good ratings.

This hotel should NOT be part of your offerings. It is NOT a hotel. It is a drug den and the Cops and Helath department should be alerted of illegal activity right away.

This particular OYO is the only location of theirs that I will spend my hard-earned money... respectful staff and it's appreciated
