I took Apartment which had two bed rooms, a balcony, Kitchen and Bathroom. The place is very pretty large with a living room with sofa as well. So over all comfort was very good. Staff also supported very well to make Kitchen functional.

I booked this flat for Kitchen, Jacuzzi and Sauna. During check in caretaker told Jacuzzi was not functional. Sauna got switched on day 1, but later it did not work. I felt very bad because I had communicated to host earlier and they never mentioned about Jacuzzi not working. The kitchen is good with utensils, but gas stove has only two working flame. Worst part was Yellowish dirty water ( may be due to poor cleaning in Tanks). They need to repair this quickly. The main wash basin inside bathroom also did not work and water logging and leachate happened.

Holes in the wall. Specifically on the TV false wall. Which was completely see through. Squeaky bed and very open to outside noise. No soundproofing or any sort of privacy.

Staff was rude

The staff was incredibly helpful and professional. They tended to all of our needs and made our stay the best it could be. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a great joy to spend time at this property. locationwise, the place was so amazing as it fulfilled my all expectation. Great experience with this property Love to visit this place again.

I lived there for more than a week, so have tried three rooms of the hotel. Every room is different in layout and size. So whether the room is good or very good depends on one’s fate. The bigger room is very nice and has a very good bathroom. Other rooms’ bathrooms are relatively old or left in disrepair.

Laundry is expensive. Only accept cash. Breakfast not good. The day I changed my room I got a rash. I think it might be the bedsheets problem. After changing the sheets I got cured. So if the quit cover or the sheet not smells good just ask for a change.
