Very practical location, very affordable

Lockers wouldn’t close properly, the cleaning staff would just drop in.

Excellent location. Comfortable bed. Good price.

Bathroom could have been cleaned better. I asked about the loundry service (at additional charge) but the staff at the reception told us that there was none provided by the hostel eventhough loundry was advertised here.

I didn’t get the room that I paid for and when I asked the lady at reception she had no idea despite showing her photos

Great location! Bus stop is very close, in the area there bars and restaurants you can easily walk to St julians (30 minutes) and the ferry to Valletta is around 15 minutes walking.

I had issues with the property they allocated me in a 6 bed rooms rather than the 4 beds that I booked. I arrived late in the night and the receptionist was alone I had to wait more than 30 minutes before starting my check-in. When I said the type of room I was allocated wasn't the right one the answer was the price is the same... as I booked this hostel only because I could have a 4 beds room I insiste she had to text her manager (who was sleeping, poor her!) After 30 minutes the manager responded that it was ok for me to sleep in the 6 beds and they will sort the situation next morning. I was upset and insisted at the end there was and I was correctly allocated in the room that I booked!

The staffs definitely need more training. One lady at the reception didn't answer my request for almost two hours, leaving me sitting at the hall for the whole time. One guy came to clean the room, and I was getting ready to go out. Right after coming into my room, he stood in front of me, started to ask me my name, where I'm from, and started complaining how confused he was about which bed to clean, and so on, WITHOUT ANY CLEANING. I mean we can have a talk, but I didn't want to at the time, and I found the conversation very interrupting.

Good location, close to night life. Beds are SO comfortable! Friendly staff!

I don't know. Maybe upper bed a little bit wobby, so i was a little afraid not to disturb my neighbour :)

Only position its close the beach

only the location was excellent, close to the beach but the rest very poor .... the kitchen will be closed in the evening from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., ... 1 single fridge for everyone, ... the oven with the microwave works sometimes, ... the air conditioning in the rooms is regulated from the reception, .. the bed linen will be changed once a week .... all this information is not told to you until after you have made the reservation, it is a hostel large and poorly organized

Door locked after eleven o`clock at night and with that you have to ring the bell and wait for someone to open the door, sometimes it took time

The staff of the hostel was incredible, everyone was very friendly. Except for the manager.

The manager of the hostel was very rude when we needed help on several occasions. The kitchen was always dirty and smelled very bad.

I have booked for a female room , but because of the organization i had to spent a night in a male shared room . The day after could moved to a female room but wasn’t ready because of communication with the cleaning team . So the room was dirty i had to to clean and made my bed by myself with the bedshit from the other room . The guy at reception did his best to help but i could at least be refunded for a part of my stay . First time to experienced that . Almost everyday i had to go at the reception because the keycard wasn’t working well .

Really close to beach, rooms were clean and nice and the roof was lovely.

I think maybe staff need more training from manager. My check in was longer than anticipated, there ended up being an issue that reception came to my room to fix up but it was late. I think in this instance they could have fixed the situation the next morning. I believe getting new travellers was new so I’m sure they’ll get better at it.

Good price for a decent room

A proper breakfast would have been nice. With proper bread, toppings and coffee...

The room was spotless and adequately furnished, suitable for wheelchair user I would imagine. There were plenty of towels and apart from my bedside light, everything worked. The staff were helpful and pleasant.

Being on the ground floor there was noise when people came in talking loudly before going upstairs and with no carpets the sound echoed. The 'no noise' after a certain time was not observed and we were woken in the early hours of the morning more than once. The mattress on my bed was very firm. - not over comfortable. We saw the breakfasts being handed out to other guests - a baguette in a paper carrier - couldn't see what else was included.

It was clean, front desk open 24h, perfect location - i recommend
