Appartamento ottimamente ristrutturato e pensato, con una sua personalità. Pulitissimo. La posizione è perfetta per visitare il centro. È adatto sia per chi arriva in treno che per chi viene in auto. Il pass per i residenti è utilissimo. È fornito di prodotti utili per la colazione con anche macchina per il caffè. La signora che ci accolto è stata gentile, professionale e ci ha fornito parecchie indicazioni utili. Si è preoccupata di sentirci anche il giorno dopo l'arrivo per assicurarsi che tutto fosse apposto.

Ci siamo trovati bene e ci torneremmo di sicuro. I materassi del letto e del divano letto erano un pò scomodi.

La posizione e la gentilezza della proprietaria

Il vetro della finestra del bagno trasparente mi metteva a disagio perché l’abitazione si trova ad un piano terra ed affaccia nell’atrio comune di passaggio del palazzo.

An ideal location to explore Parma. The host and hostess had many suggestions and helped us with parking. Very quiet and private.

We were met as we drove up to the apartment. We were able to take in our bags and the owner showed my husband to where her car was parked. She gave us her parking permit for the 2 nights were were there, which was a real bonus. She showed us around the apartment and had a map with suggestions of things to see and do and where to eat. We were happy to walk around Parma and discovered a lovely restaurant about 7 minutes from the apartment. We stopped and bought fruit from a shop across the street. I would definitely recommend Garage36.

The almost see-through curtain in the bathroom made me a bit uncomfortable, but we were the only people there.

Location was perfect. Spacious apartment to spreadout.

Bed was a little uncomfortable but was ok.

Spacious, fully equipped apartment in the heart of Parma. Elena and her daughter were friendly and very helpful hosts. They were very keen to help us make the most of our visit. The bikes were great!
