My family and I loved our stay in Ludington at West Shore Vacation Prop. It was clean, well stocked and very pleasant. We loved how close it is to the Marina, park, beach and of course ice cream! It was a little chilly and we loved having the pool as an option.

This condo is in a great location near parks, beach, lighthouse, sunsets, shopping, dining, and more. Condo decor is lovely with several beautiful pieces on walls. Living room and dining room furniture is very comfortable and kitchen is adequately set up, except that more cutlery is needed. However, beds have terrible mattresses, especially in master bedroom, and bathtub drain stopper doesn’t work. Condo was cleaned well, except that carpet is light colored and there are many dark stains on it. Outside porch is very nice and we enjoyed breakfasts and lunches out there. On the whole, this condo has some very good qualities and some bad ones, particularly the beds and bathtub.

Cute spot close to the marina and restaurants with activities for the kids like the pool and park. A couple minor issues with the unit that were quickly remedied by Nikki and her team. Whole family enjoyed it.

The property was nice and the location was great. I would definitely stay there again. One thing I would change is the mattress in the master bedroom. One side is fine but the other is almost completely caved in. My husband slept terrible.

Beautiful Blue Skies
Beautiful condo within walking distance of beach, marina, restaurants and stores. Great space, comfy beds and well equipped. The only suggestion is to upgrade the kitchen supplies (pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc). Would recommend and stay again.

The property manager supplies timely and clear instructions for access to the unit and parking. The unit itself was very clean and true to the photos on the website. The location is very convenient, being on the ground floor and a hop, skip, and jump from the lovely pool. The underground parking and elevator makes bringing in your luggage and groceries very easy. Beautiful park with great equipment right across the street for the kids, too.

City on the Shore
This was a spacious, clean condo in the heart of Ludington and blocks from the beach and lighthouse. We walked to several excellent restaurants for carryout. Outside patio was spacious, with nice combination of sun and shade.

GREAT LOCATION!
Great location! Very clean! Plenty of space. Heads up if you plan to cook during your stay. Kitchen is not stocked well at all. No sharp knives, not cutting board, no baking sheets or pans, missing measuring cups. We contacted management within the first half hour of arriving regarding 2 maintenance issues, they said someone would be out the next day to fix one issue but no one ever showed up.

We loved our property, it was perfect location for us. We could walk to the park with the kids, there is a pool and not far from state park and the beach! Loved it and would highly recommend!

Happy place...
The place was very clean and perfectly located for all that Ludington has to offer. We walked around the marina, multiple trips to get ice cream, and the main strip was a block away. It really doesn't get much better than this. The property manager was always available and very helpful.
As a family who prefers to cook, we found the kitchen wasn't equipped very well. It wasn't awful, but one example is that there was only two "sharp" knives. One was a dull bread knife, and the other was a dull steak knife. You can get a cheap knife block for $30.00 that would be sufficient. Overall, it just seems that there wasn't much thought given to the kitchen.
We would 100% stay again, we would just be better prepared for kitchen.

Excellent Stay
We had a super relaxing time at Blue Skies. The decor is current and welcoming. With a large deck and family room, the layout is perfect for family time. The kitchen has everything you need and the community grill is close. The pool makes you feel like you’re at a resort. And the proximity to the lake and downtown Ludington can’t be beat. Close to the Badger and marina too. Highly recommend!

We are a family of six and this condo was great. Beds were comfortable; kitchen was nice, and enough room for all of us. Having the parking garage, open green space, and the pool were an added bonus. The absolutely best part though was the location! Everything was walkable from the condo - the beach, parks, stores, and restaurants. The only part I would change is a little bigger and sturdier outside table. I would definitely recommend this condo.

From the emails to obtain rental information, through the correspondence to secure the Condo Unit, everything was very smooth. Upon arrival, the checkin and information needed to move in took less than 10 minutes. Parking, underground, was close to an elevator that took everything upstairs to a beautiful Condo. Everything worked. Everything you needed was handy and the rooms were well appointed and clean. The pool and hot tub area was also very clean and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need in restaurants, shops, ice creams and fudges, gasoline, fishing charters, beaches, were minutes from the unit. The sunsets were even more beautiful then the picture with the email information. Would definitely recommend the unit, community, and people of Ludington.

We had a great time. Loved the condo and it was a great location. However, the condo's carpet and furniture really need a good shampoo. We tried to vacum, but the vacum bag was full and ready to pop. We washed all the rugs. There were not enough hangers or dish towels. Some lamps/lights were not working (broken or burnt-out). Bathroom sink faucet was broken. Clocks needed new batteries. The condo was dusty and there were cob-webs. Air vents were dirty. No tv guide and tvs were a little small.Ice machine made ice, but did not sipense.

We loved the condo. Just a few suggestions that would help: perhaps an info guide to instruct how to use DVD player, internet, and a Cable guide. Also we were unaware that we had to provide dish towels, paper towels, toiler paper, bath soap, dish washer soap etc. We did buy some but it would have helped to know that in advance. The last thing was the towel rack in the bathroom with the tub is loose and the faucets on the sink were also loose, you may want to fix that. Over all we loved the condo, the pool and the whole vacation and felt very blessed to be there. Thank you, Michelle Gravelle
