The location and the parking in the same street as the apartment. A quiet street, but yet central.

None of the bedrooms had windows. The windows went into the same apartment and to the entrence hall.

The apartment was fantastic. Modern, close to everything (5-7 min walk to town, and 5-7 min walk to Ave de Champagne). The host was super-flexible, great communication. This place was perfect for our family of four staying and visiting Epernay. Ground floor made it super easy with luggage. Car parking was easy to find on the street.

The apartment is very comfortable and the kitchen counter is very good for drinking and chatting. it is located on ground which is a plus for us because we have many luggages.

Out of 6 days spent in France during our 2 children holiday, 2 days we stayed here. The pictures reflect exactly the way the apartment is: very spacious, clean, modern, completely utilised and having everything you need in it. We travelled from Essex/England by car and the host was extremely accomodating ( after exchanging few messages prior to our arrival ) to allowing us to get into the property two and a half hours earlier due to a Moet & Chandon tour booked for 5:00 pm, as was the only time slot available with english tour guide for that day. The property is located within a few minutes walk to the Epernay town centre. Parking may be a little challenging, but we managed quite well to find parking spots around. The weather was not on Marjorie's power to arrange it the way we wanted it (LOL). As a conclusion I would rate it as a great stay and fully recommend it. Thank you Marjorie !

We really like the fact that the kitchen was well-stocked with equipment and that there were some basic things like salt, sugar etc. The coffemachine was also a nice touch and we really appreciated the champagne which was waiting for us!

The apartment is really nice and spacious and the only thing that comes to mind is that a better bathroom door would make things even better.

Very clean, well equipped and great location.

Slight musty smell in the property and internal bedrooms had no ventilation. Parking was slightly challenging - to start with we parked in public car park near by, but there was so much bird mess on the cars we had to move them. But the positives outweighed these slight concerns.

Location is excellent. Walking distance of everything Epernay has to offer.
