The hotel is exquisite. It’s centrally located, and it’s part of the Esprit group, so it’s no accident that it met every expectation. The view from room 3 was wonderful. Charming and tasteful, all in one place.

It was an exquisite stay at this guest house.
The grounds were beautiful and the swimming pool was the icing on the cake after a very long hot drive .A plus was secure parking but it was a little too far and hot to walk into town .
The room was lovely coffee ,safe and usb connections in our room .Which had a fabulous view on to the terrace where we had our table and chairs.
There was an outside area where we had a glorious dinner and breakfast made by Luce a most gracious host as was her husband Phillipe.

the property was excellently located, with access to the magnificent Rue de Champagne, the Maison was an outstanding building.
we loved the secure parking in the rear of the property, the large bedroom was very welcome after staying in smaller rooms in Paris.
we loved boutique feel of the hotel, and the breakfast was outstanding

Amazing. A real boutique place, nothing to add. beautiful and tasteful decor, no better location in town. Perfect Evian and 1/2 bottle champagne in the fridge :). Smart staff, not often to come by!
It is a small place - so ask in advance for having champagne ready for you in the evening… we did not, missed the chance to enjoy the place even more!

Breakfast was lovely. Christina and Emmanuelle are charming hostesses. Emmanuelle gave an impromtu breakfast champagne tasting and was very knowledgeable. The hotel is small , very pretty and the staff are wonderful. Private parking a big bonus and the location could not be beaten. Complimentary 1/2 bottle of champagne in the mini bar was a nice touch.
My only comment is I think at 365 euros per night at deep off season it is quite expensive given the lack of facilities.

A wonderful quiet property in the thick of Ave d’Champagne. It’s pretty much walkable to everything. The room amenities are high end and you want for nothing. Awesome staff who are extremely kind and generous. Worth every penny.

Stunning room with corridor separating the bedroom and bathroom. Beautifully decorated. Lovely welcoming staff and secure car parking. Lovely courtyard to sit out in.
We loved it all. Our only thought would be it might be nice to have some background music quietly playing in the courtyard to enjoy with post dinner nightcaps.

Awesome location right on the Avenue De Champagne and a short 10 minute walk into town. Beautifully renovated hotel and gorgeous, big rooms. Lovely terrace to sit outside in the sun with a drink (although is also open to the public). The staff are lovely and very helpful.
The breakfast was a disappointment given the price of our stay - quite basic, cold continental options only, other than eggs but they were over cooked and there was nothing else to have with them - just eggs. I'm not sure if this is typical for France though. We stayed 3 nights and the 2nd day neither of us bother going to breakfast. My husband didn't go the 3rd day either and I just ate some cereal to fill a gap before we travelled home.

Charming Champagne house in the heart of Eperney, great location, lovely and helpful stuff, beautiful terrace where you can enjoy a selection of excellent champagne! I highly recommend the tour of the house, where you admire amazing wine cellars and squire knowledge about the whole process.
We fairly enjoyed it!
One small suggestions for the terrace is to have some soft ambiance music and more choices of snacks. Other then that - perfect!

Incredible boutique hotel in the best location in Epernay- directly on the Avenue de Champagne. We would recommend every single thing about this hotel, the staff are so friendly & accommodating. Every detail is thought of, from the comfiest bed to the Hermes bathroom products, in our room we had a huge shower which was incredible and a separate lounge area which was really nice to relax in with some champagne before our evening meals. The breakfast is one of the best we have had in France, presented in such a lovely way & the offer of a glass of champagne each morning was extra special! The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, their shop is so lovely & they have one of the best terraces in the area to sit for a drink. We would also highly recommend taking their private Champagne tour at their house (located elsewhere in Epernay), we walked there easily and did the tour and champagne tasting with Mathilde, she was so lovely, we learnt so much from her and she was so accommodating to us and helped us celebrate our wedding anniversary in a very special way! This place is so lovely and you should definitely look at staying whilst in Epernay- we will definitely be back
