По наповненню кімнати сподобалася велика кількість розеток, зручні ліжка

У ванній кімнаті було досить брудно, ванну ніхто не чистив, а в раковині був засор, вода не спускалася. Підлога не вимита! На зауваження дали відповідь, що сантехніка і прибиральниці вже не буде до наступного ранку, а іншої кімнати немає. Під ліжками також був пил, ставлення до якості прибирання точно треба змінювати!

Tek asansör vardı. Odaya çıkmak için dakikalarca asansörü beklemek zorunda kaldık. Oda çok sıcaktı ve havalandırması çalışmıyordu. Bebek sıcağa dayanamayıp ve ağladı başta klimanın bozuk olduğunu söylemediler iptal etmek isteyince parayı geri ödemeyeceklerini belirtiler. Resepsiyondaki sarışın adam çok suratsızdı hiç bir şekilde bize yardımcı olmadı. Odalarda telefon yoktu resepsiyona erişebilmek için. Bebeğe mama yapmak için sıcak su isteğimizde resepsiyondaki sarışın adam makinanın bozuk olduğunu söyledi. Yastıkları ve yatakları çok konforsuzdu. Konaklamamızdan hiç memnun kalmadık.

Было грязно в номере, но самое ужасное - это битое стекло у кровати 😭 и очень очень плохая звукоизоляция, я всю ночь дергалась из-за того, что открывались-закрывались соседние двери, ходили и разговаривали люди. Еще сюрпризом стало дополнительные 4 кровати в нашем двухместном номере 😅

6 kisilik odada kaldim ve oda buna göre fazla dardi. 6 kisi rahatlikla gezemiyordu. 4 kisilik yere 6 yatak atmislar gibiydi. Ayrıca diger oda sakinleri odada sigara ictiler. Ayrıca odaya girerken nevresimleri bizim sermemiz sacma. Oda zaten dar ve bu isle ugrasmak nereden baksan 30 dakika alacakti.

E aproape de mare, curat, lenjerie și prosoape curate. Am apreciat aparatul de cafea și cele 2 capsule cu, cafea din prima zi. Pentru a 2 zi au uitat să ne mai ofere cafea It's close to the sea, clean, clean linen and towels. I appreciated the coffee machine and the 2 capsules with coffee from the first day. For the 2nd day they forgot to offer us coffee

În prima noapte a fost rece în cameră, căldura nu funcționa. A doua noapte am solicitat rezolvarea situației și a fost ok E o cameră curată dar mică. Nu ai unde să îți așezi hainele, toate erau pe jos sau în bagaj. Nu ai loc să stai la o măsuță să bei un ceai, o cafea. The first night it was cold in the room, the heat was not working. The second night I requested to resolve the situation and it was ok It's a clean but small room. You have nowhere to put your clothes, they were all on the floor or in your luggage. You don't have room to sit at a small table to drink tea or coffee.

Het ontbijt buffet was oke.

De kamer was niet schoon. De passen van onze kamers werkten niet, waardoor we steeds naar de receptie moesten. De beveiliger liet ons dan in de kamer met zijn pas (zonder te checken of de kamer wel echt tot ons toe behoorde). De spullen van 1 van de 6 kamers zijn gestolen. De politie gaf aan dat ze wekelijks bij dit hostel op de stoep staan hiervoor. De manager van het hostel wou ons niet te woord staan hierover, terwijl hij wel aanwezig was. Wij gaan hier sowieso niet nog een keer heen! En hopelijk andere gasten ook niet!

The location is awesome. You can reach anywhere via walking. The tram is in front of the hotel. There are somebody at the reception all the time.

Beds are not comfortable. The covers and sheets are not clean. There are little stains on them. I am not sure they are clean or not. Towels don’t smell nice. I had to use them cause I don’t have another choice but I recommend that you should bring your owns

Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl, es war trotz der Nähe zum Bahnhof super ruhig und und auch die Haltestelle direkt vor der Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen. Zusätzlich gefiel uns auch die 24/7-Ansprechbarkeit an der Rezeption sehr gut. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.... :-)

Ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer wäre schön - aber sonst war alles prima....

Hele fijne bedden en ook een fijne douche.

The location was good and quiet, central location that was easy to walk to most things. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was ok, plenty if you eat meat such as salami and there was milk alternative.

The pillows need replacing as there was nothing in them and so uncomfortable if wanted to sit in bed reading. The name a&o hostel suggests, its a hostel and there are self catering facilities in a hostel and there wasn't any (to be fair it doesn't say a self catering kitchen) so its not a hostel, but a hotel, so confusing. It wasn't clear if breakfast was free and towels, but it depends on what room you have -both are free in a 4 bedded room.

Locatie was prima, dicht bij het station

In de eerste kamer liep het water uit de wasbak niet weg. Nieuwe kamer gekregen, leek een goede oplossing. Deze kamer bleek heel vies, overal haren / vlekken / stof & de airco werkte niet. Toen we dat aangaven, kregen wij te horen dat we maar bij booking.com moesten klagen want daar hebben we geboekt "en die mensen zijn getraind"??? Heel vreemd.. wij raden het niet aan.

Le personnel était toujours disponible et souriant. Ils nous ont déplacé de chambre lorsqu’on leur a soumis un problème dans notre chambre, j’ai trouvé ça empathique et professionnel.

Le pommeau de douche de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons dû le signaler deux fois sur la même journée car la première fois, un employé nous avait dit qu’ils viendraient réparer. Lors de nos propres observations, il nous a semblé que l’eau ne coulait pas par manque d’entretien des sanitaires (calcaire abondant !).

The rooms we’re filthy! Dust and hairs everywhere! We have been bitten to shreds a from something in the mattresses!! Me and my friend traveled together we’re 2 girls the first room we were put in consisted of 4 men which wouldn’t have been to bad had they not been rude and intrusive! I was in bed and a man in the room grabbed my foot this is a complete stranger! Why are You touching me!! We were that uncomfortable we packed up and asked if we could be moved into either a room with other females or a room with jus 2 beds now we paid £120 for 4 nights and were told if we wanted to change to a room with 2 beds we would need to pay another £750 each!! This is a hostel are you joking! So we asked to jus be moved to a room with other females, we were given an empty 6 person room an told only females would be assigned, this we could deal with! We go out for a while come back and there’s a man in the room so we were like ok no worries we can deal maybe they’ll put other females in as well, the guy was cool we got on with him! Then another guy was put in so we were like ok no worries! Then at 2 am they decided to move in another 2 guys who were extremely rude and arrogant! The guy has woken the 4 of us up by talking on the phone shining his torch in our faces, then he decides to shower by this point it’s 3am this is a joke!! He then comes in and starts bouncing around on his bed making as much noise as possible! He then gets down from his bunk and is pretty much climbing across our beds to the window which was open to its capacity! None of us were able to get to sleep! Then at 7 am I’d had enough and went down explained the situation and made a complaint. We were given a new room by a different staff member and assured that for our last night we’d have a room to ourselves and assured they were sorry!! At 12pm someone tried to enter the room we had been promised would be just for the 2 of us!

Room is spacious and clean

Someone broke into my room on my third day and took awak my luggage. I have report this incident to the receptionist incharged on that day name Cedinio. He tried to call the Manager and the housekeeping but no feedback. I asked him if the hotel had any CCTV but sadly no cctv installed at the walkway of every floor. The only CCTV is available at the ground area which is near to the hotel lobby. He called the police and the police came to the hotel. I explained to the police the situation and the police asked to me to go the police station to make report. I have make the police report the next day . I feel insecure staying in the hotel especially as this hotel does not equipped with good security system. I decided to check out from the hotel and seek refund from the hotel. I have rendered a copy of police report to Bars the hotel manager.

Very little amenities. Had to lay own bedsheet and cover. No locker to lock personal items if want to leave room.

I found everything warm and inviting,accomodation very clean and all staff warm welcome coming but there were a couple of standouts that were Valentina &Leonie. It made our stay a joy and look forward to my return .Thankyou😁

Nothing
