Alles war sehr sauber.
Die Laage ist furchtbar, der Zimmerboden im Erdgeschoss war sehr kalt. Der Preis war ziemlich hoch.

Location was good, did not have breakfast as Booking.com showed breakfast was included when I booked, but breakfast WAS extra, rooms were spacious and clean, staff were very helpful and friendly.
Booking.com pricing was higher than the actual pricing shown on Hotel website

The staff were very welcoming and they always tried to find a solution for my requests. Breakfast was very good.
Heater was not working and the room had issues in the electricity which was disconnecting the last day of my stay which the staff they moved me to another room. The hotel was undergoing renovation for the rooms which quite messy in the 1st floor

Breakfast was way too expensive for what was on offer. Reception staff could be friendlier and welcoming..

The hotel is fine and you get what you pay for. However the location is very unsafe. Me and my partner were followed outside at night a few times- when we told reception they admitted this was normal.

The room was really clean and staff was kind! Also it was close to the airport.
The location was a bit far away from the centrum and you couldn’t go with GVB busses, so you had to buy connexion buss tickets everytime.

Everything was clean and tidy, very comfortable bed, friendly staff, food and drink to purchase near reception if needed, right next to bus stop to airport and next to petrol garage if needed, good sized room.
We had one day where the hot water wouldn’t work but it wasn’t too much of an issue and was back on by the next day. It could’ve been back on within a few hours but we were out all day so unable to check.

Room was smaller than expected. Some black mold on bottom of transparent curtains. Room temp was very difficult to control with the radiator.
