A localização é péssima, está numa zona menos "segura". A caminhada a pé é desafiante, especialmente de noite, parece ser uma zona com alguns deliquentes.

Everything about it was perfect. I would like to come again.

Breakfast was way too expensive for what was on offer. Reception staff could be friendlier and welcoming..

The hotel is fine and you get what you pay for. However the location is very unsafe. Me and my partner were followed outside at night a few times- when we told reception they admitted this was normal.

The room was really clean and staff was kind! Also it was close to the airport.

The location was a bit far away from the centrum and you couldn’t go with GVB busses, so you had to buy connexion buss tickets everytime.

I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and the room and bathroom were very satisfactory

Everything was clean and tidy, very comfortable bed, friendly staff, food and drink to purchase near reception if needed, right next to bus stop to airport and next to petrol garage if needed, good sized room.

We had one day where the hot water wouldn’t work but it wasn’t too much of an issue and was back on by the next day. It could’ve been back on within a few hours but we were out all day so unable to check.

Room was smaller than expected. Some black mold on bottom of transparent curtains. Room temp was very difficult to control with the radiator.

Loved the cleanliness of the hotel and room. Bed was comfy, bathroom was clean. It's a hotel where you get what you pay for. Nothing ordinary, but nothing extraordinary as well.

Breakfast could have had a few more options. The bus stop is 10-min away, which could be a hassle with big bags.

It is relatively convenient to the 397 bus stop (5-10 mminute walk) which runs quite often, so if you want to stay near the airport (I had a morning flight after a one-night layover), but not pay a lot of money, it is very good value. But the hotel and a petrol station are all there are in the neighborhood, except for the very pretty lake across the street.

The overhead heating didn't work and the radiators were not turned on when I came in the room. So i eventually turned the radiators on when i figured the other heating was not working, but they are not controlled by the thermostat. They could provide a small bar of soap, instead of just the liquid containers.
