Room was spacious and had tea and coffee making facilities. Nice extra was the balcony. Twin beds and walk-in shower were also as requested. Good choice of TV channels. Iron and ironing board were appreciated and used. Free WIFI.

Room was not adequately cleaned on day two. Coffee/tea cups were not cleaned. Tea/coffee were not replenished. Breakfast was somewhat basic. No fresh fruit except for some hard chunks of pineapple. Fruit salad was stale and unappetizing. Juice was premixed watery orange juice, and other premix fruit juice. Bar had irritating flickering lights, and terrible repetitive 'music' from about 10:30 p.m. onwards until we left at 11 p.m. If this was a signal to customers that the bar was going to close and they should drink up, it was not very customer friendly.

We stayed at the hotel during our European track cycling Championship competition in Apeldoorn. The hotel catered for our every need, from arranging dinners after the kitchen had already closed and with two vegans in our group, catering for their needs perfectly. Breakfast was fabulous and the staff were so super friendly. The rooms are designed for wheelchair access and that in itself offered so much space. From breakfast to lunch and dinner, the hotel offers the most wonderful hospitality......

The staff is great here, very friendly and smiling. Our room was very spacious and had a big balcony with a nice view of the neighborhood.

The rooms are outdated, the furniture needs to be changed. Although the staff tries to keep everything clean sometimes it's just impossible. The carpet has a lot of small stains on it, as well as the mattress. One of our towels also had a few stains on it.

First and most importantly, it's a dog friendly hotel and ours settled in within minutes. We liked everything about the hotel, easy to find, with large private parking and a quick check in. Our room was on the first floor with its own terrace, and very comfortable. Super bathroom with bath and shower, nice hot water, towels and toiletries. Breakfast was 1st class and very good coffee.
