Room was good for a family with small kid. Breakfast was very good. Very quiet place, friendly staff, free parking.

Zeer klantvriendelijk. Na ons verblijf was ik mijn leesbril kwijt en na een telefoontje ging receptioniste Katinka extra op zoek uiteindelijk zat het brilletje gewoon in mijn jaszak. Maar de vriendelijkheid zegt veel. Mooie zeer schone kamer lekker rustig. Het diner was heerlijk vooral de ossenstaartsoep. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is ronduit geweldig. Voor 1 paar tientjes kun je pp erg goed eten. Wat blijft opvallen zijn de vriendelijke medewerkers.

Spijkers op laag water zoeken.....dan zou ik zeggen liever geen achtergrond muziek tijdens het eten. Maar dat is een persoonlijk dingetje.

Vriendelijk personeel. Shuttle dienst naar het centrum is goed geregeld. Kamer netjes en schoon.

Locatie aan de rand van Groningen.

We moesten voor familie omstandigheden naar Groningen voor 3 dagen. Ons vertrouwde hotelketen ( en dichtbij plaats van bestemming) zat vol. Hierom bij Best Western Plaza terecht gekomen. Dit hotel doet niet onder dan onze vertrouwde keten. Kamers en badkamer mooi en schoon. Uitzicht vanaf 5e etage was prachtig, park. Tijdens ons vrije moment een heerlijke wandeling gemaakt in het park. Eten was goed met vriendelijk personeel. Dit hotel is zeker een aanrader!

Sorry, geen minpunten bij dit hotel.

가족여행이라 패밀리룸이 있는 이호텔을 예약했다.설명에는 대형 더블침대와 싱글침대가 있다고 했으나 직원은 이 호텔에 그런방은 원래부터 없다고 했다. 객실사진과 설명이 실제와 전혀다르다. 패밀리룸이 아닌 더블룸과 트윈룸을 줬다. 가족여행을 완전히 망친 호텔.

Good location for the bus in to Groningen

A Silly thing but having just one set of paper cups in the room made it difficult to make tea and coffee and cheapened the whole experience- surely a couple of china cups in the room would be easy .

No estaba súper limpia la habitación, especialmente debajo de la cama. Se escuchaba un poco el ruido del pasillo desde la habitación.

Spacious and with plenty of light flooding each floor with huge glass panels that reach from the bottom floor right to the top. Plenty of free parking. Very friendly staff who were very helpful.

I didn't like that the hotel restaurant closed at 9pm, although I think this is a local 'problem' :)

Air conditioning was not effective in room.

The building looks like a re-factored block of flats with a glass pyramid front. And it is. But all nice and small but well equipped rooms. The terras is great, with an endless lake view as is breakfast great. Dinner choice is OK-ish.

Very noisy room you can hear the Aircon outside and flashing lights on the control box above the bed. The shower door was glass but didn't have safety mark on it. Shower hoes was cheap looking.

Friendly, helpful and competent staff Clean, stylish and functional rooms. Most important: Comfortable and not too soft mattresses.

I fully support the non-smoking policies inside. I also accept that smoking in the common outside areas of the hotel is discouraged. However, that there is no outside smoking area with seating and some protection from the weather at all, is not acceptable for me as a paying guest. If this is your policy, fine, but make this very, very clear for your patrons before booking.
