Ons verblijft in het hotel was helemaal super. Ontbijt was prima. Eigelijk was alles goed.

We had a mid-level room with a view of the Groningen core and it was lovely. The hotel is a short walk from the historic district and the rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast selection was outstanding and food was replenished constantly.
Our regular cleaning lady, who was great, was off on the weekend and her replacement put minimal effort into cleaning the room.

The hotel was in a good location, immaculately clean with good facilities, and the staff were very friendly. On the one evening I ate at the hotel, the food was excellent, and the service also good. I liked it and, if I return to Groningen I would stay there again.

The room and comfort was excellent and it was we a trip should have. We just needed to stay somewhere accessible to the central which it was a perfect place.
Just the hair dryer was not working but it has replaced very shortly.

Spacious room with the necessary amenities. I stayed on a high floor and has a pretty good view.
Nothing much. I stayed for a week and only asked for my room to be cleanes 2x but realised the cleaning involve just changing the towels, taking out the trash and making the bed. The floor is not cleaned or vacuumed.

The hotel is very well located, close to the city center, and easily accessible. The breakfast options provided were good, good atmosphere. I appreciated that the hotel allows pets, a great bonus!
No parking facilities are offered. The check-in was very long, inexperienced staff took a long time while we came with an elderly lady who required a room rather quickly. Also, the furniture needs an upgrade, some pieces are damaged. And the beds are super hard!

Excellent room and hotel, all facilities available in the hotel areas and reception service. Very fresh and warm food cooked in breakfast with a lot of choices for eating and drinking. Good proximity with bus station coming and going back to the train station.
The distance from the city center and shopping area in 15 minutes by foot. I would like to get personal carpet slippers for using in the room during my stay in the hotel.

The beds were very comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was above and beyond! Anything you can think of, very fresh even though we had breakfast towards the end of their breakfast time and work the additional fee.
