This is truly one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The room and small terrace were the perfect place to spend a sunny evening, with the hens making for restful company. Jeroen could not have been more helpful. The breakfast was wonderful, including local honey and an egg from the hens. The small kitchen area was a lovely additional bonus. I can't recommend this B&B more highly.

The only negative was that I was only here for one night - I wish I could have stayed for a week.

Location is very nice with a nice view at the countryside, just 10 minutes cycling from the city center. The bikes are included! Breakfast is served upon arrangement at the time you agree. The hosts are super friendly wanting you to get the most out of your stay.

Large room. Functional bathroom. All friendly decorated. Broad view on the fields. Fine welcome from the owner. Simple but good breakfast provided to eat in our room. All super clean. Functional bikes to roam through the old town.

Could not recharge my EV and no simple solution around found. Nespresso compatible coffee that could be richer in aroma.

The host are friendly, nice and helpful! The mini studio was comfy, cozy and modern. The kitchenette was well stocked w everything you might need. Beds are comfy w pillow options. The private terrace is spacious and provided w a small lounge set. The curtains are blackout curtains, which is great. In the morning the view of the landscape is beautiful and relaxing. We sat for a few hours and saw various animals :) But in the evening the sunset is gorgeous as well. The stay here is great to unwind and relax. You get bikes to borrow and go explore they city or the village nearby. Across the bed and breakfast there is a flour mill, worth the visit, they have a free tour and a mini shop. The thing I liked most was the farm to table warm breakfast brought to you every morning in a basket. So artisan and cute and very delicious. They serve local produce and their own chicken eggs. The fresh orange juice is the best Ive had! Stay here, you will not regret :)

Location - really close to Groningen centre but you feel like you are in the middle of the countryside. Only three rooms at the B&B which makes for a personal feeling and means it is nice and quiet. Well insulated walls so no noise from neighbours. Breakfast was very nice, with fresh local ingredients. Jeroen was a very accommodating and helpful host. This place was amazing to stay at. It is a perfect example of how a B&B be. I wouldn’t change anything about it and definitely plan to go back in the future!

We had such a great time, the location was exactly as described and even better than we thought! It was nice and quite and the host was very welcoming from the beginning. He made sure we had everything we needed to have a perfect stay. The breakfast was amazing, warm and tasty, and brought at a time of your wishes. The room / studio was very clean and cozy and directly gave you a feeling of home. We definitely recommend it!

We have actually liked everything! Quiet and cozy place with great views and exceptional breakfast and service. It was great to be able to use the bikes to get to center of Groningen. We highly recommend it!

Excellent breakfast, excellent location. Host was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. Beautiful view of nature from the property. I would strongly recommend it to anyone. Kitchen facilities are great but be aware that you can only use one pan at a time, so plan your cooking accordingly. There's also an oven or microwave available on request.

The localization, the environment, the room, the view, the staff. All perfect if you go to Groningen I highly recommend to stay there. The staff also very nice loved the place and the breakfast. I have a gluten intolerance and they even found a bread special for me!
