The cleaners will make all the difference in the world. Towels, laundry and all facilities were well maintained and clean. The pool and restaurant were always a pleasure to visit. Love the fact that the staff help us to learn more Spanish :) After all, it was a great holiday.

Not that anyone will read this, With far too many bikers over the season, I'd propose the stand for our bikes. That will, at first, put us away from leaning our bikes over the walls or furniture, and second, it will ease that manipulation in the room.

what we liked - beach and staff - people on the resort were very nice.

the buffet gets bland after a few days - water from the shower leaks into the toilet area. The price was a bit too much or too high, not close enough to the main action of the city and other areas. They had this thing where you had only one towel and you couldn't lose it or lose all your euros. everyone had to keep looking for their towel - got frustrating after a while.

The hotel is conveniently reached via airport bus (the stop right at hotel). Staff are all well trained and nice, they also had a lot of staff maintaining the cleanliness at public area so is good. Breakfast and dinner buffets are with lots of varieties and dishes are changed every day so you wont get bored. There were activities available at hotel but we didnt have time to join. Overall is recommended to couples and families. I am impressed by Iberostar and will come again.

Room size is relatively small but it is acceptable.

The facilities were top class , staff very friendly & couldn’t do enough for our stay. Food in restaurant was top class.

Easy to get to from Palma Airport; right on a beautiful clean sandy beach & turquoise sea Playa de Muro; Fantastic staff - everything you could want from a dedicated team - friendly, responsive, professional, attention to detail, committed to safety & cleanliness to enable us to have a fabulous holiday; great food with so much variety; great entertainment; although I didn’t need it for this trip the hotel was perfect for families with small babies through to teens - I would definitely recommend/bring my family here. Beautiful beach bar. I thought this was one of the best hotels I’ve ever been in - and I’m old & well-travelled around the world!

Place: Our expectation was to make the most of our holiday using the beach, pool, spa and activities in the hotel. These areas were great, there were enough sun beds, the pools are large and access to the beach is very good. Team: The people at the hotel are the best. All the staff were super nice and accommodating, and the whole team leading the activities were super friendly and just made you feel like they themselves were happy to be there sharing the activities. Food: More details below, but the quality of the food was great. The breakfast itself was really good in terms of options, variety, and the quality of the ingredients. I would definitely go again!

Rooms: They were just fine. But the AC was not good enough. It's a solvable problem, but the combination of very low air-flow + occupancy sensors meant that the temperature didn't feel comfortable in the rooms until a couple of hours of being in, every time you left the room. The temperature range is not the problem, it's the combination of those two. Food: Being a vegetarian in spain is always hard. The breakfast options were very good and the food quality was great, but there wasn't a lot of options afterwards, hence we did only bed&breakfast instead of the all-inclusive. We did have lunch on the buffet once, and the assortment is similar to the breakfast, minus eggs plus pizza / pasta. It felt expensive for the kind of options we have as vegetarians. The dinner and restaurant were very expensive, even compared to very good restaurants just across the street.

Not enough storage in bedroom; sink in bathroom did notvdrain well; coffee was ordinary - small cup sizes; bread area didn't have small plates (coffee cup saucers only) ; the pillows in bedroom were not good quality.
