Everything was fabulous!

We had a great stay at the Bahia. The beach directly behind the hotel is amazing!! The pools are really good and the kids loved them. The shows are quite good and our kids (6 & 8) really enjoyed them.

The whole place needs to be touched up. The food was mediocre at best. There's no parking for hotel guests at the hotel

The hotel is showing its age, food is average a d therefore it is too expensive for what it is.

No air conditioning for the first 2 nights. Room cleaning not done properly. Phone didn't work first night. Safe didn't work.

I liked the swimming pools. the beach was beautiful and the facilities and rooms were nice. My daughter loved the pirate ship

Food could always be improved, but it was generally good anyway. The outside of the apartment buildings should be updated.

great location, pretty great facilities for families. would have been awful if you don’t have kids.

the cleaning staff did a half job with the room clean (this was addressed when we gave feedback), hotel hadn’t organized our airport taxi despite sending through a confirmation. We waited at the airport 1.5 hours longer than needed. the room we were in the 1st 3 nights was opposite a stage for the hotel next door. it was very noisy, though they were able to move us after the 3rd night. we have a child who wakes a lot during the night so this meant we even got less sleep!

The hotel staff were so helpful and friendly, the facilities were fantastic! The beach was stunning! The breakfasts were fab super selection!

Lots of services for a pleasant stay (spa, mini-golf, tennis). There is a large swimming pool area, some pools are for adults. The personnel is very nice and helpful.

Not all the services are available (sometimes the spa is broken, air conditioning doesn't work ). Some options are not included in the base price (safe should be paid extra). Breakfast is expensive and the coffee at breakfast is of poor quality. The room doesn't have enough electrical outlets.

Impossibly terrible Wi-Fi that didn't even allow to make an online work call meeting. Wi-Fi like this is unacceptable for a good hotel. The disgusting smell of sewerage in the evening in the room from the street, I was suffocating, I had to close the balcony completely. You have to pay for the safe and it is not included in the room price. Breakfast is expensive and not worth the money. At breakfast, you smell peacock poop, which does not wish you a pleasant appetite. One day, the staff who scans your bracelet at breakfast asked us not to sit on the terrace, which caused a question. The waiters take the plate from the table right with the food when you eat, what a madness. The cook was blowing his nose while preparing the morning omelet, after which I probably fell ill with a temperature. The sauna in the Spa center worked intermittently, it was difficult to understand what determines whether it will work or not. The staff pretended not to know how to help. On the beach, a chaise-longue costs extra money. A man with a metal detector is operating on the beach, who finds and takes lost phones and things of guests under the chaise-longue, I'm in shock. As for the intuitive experience of using the room: 1. It is not immediately clear that you have a clothes dryer on your balcony and how to make it. 2. The safe does not work until you go to the reception again and they give you an additional key ( Why couldn’t you tell this at check-in?) Additionally, you could lower the level of the shelf in the shower so guests do not have to reach for it. A very unpleasant feeling, although all problems can be solved by working with the staff!

The food offering for breakfast and dinner is fantastic, fresh and plenty of choice. The staff are always superb and so willing to help. The location is perfect for us, a short walk from Alcudia.

room was not cleaned when we entered it after check in, a fan was not working in the bathroom, not working all coffee makers in the restaurant, some food was tasteless,

Lots of pools to choose from. The children (both 10) spent a lot of time on the inflatable bouncy thing in the pool. Communal areas and dining are were clean. Lots of entertainment.

Our room (1205) smelt quite damp and fousty. I didn’t like the big tiles that were just placed in the shower - ours was wobbly and felt like you were going to fall through the drain!! We weren’t overly keen on the Playa de Muro beach as there were no water sports so we spent most days getting a taxi to Alcudia beach where there was much more going on and more fun for the kids. Apart from that I was happy with everything at the hotel.

Indoor swimming pool was advertised as heated, but it was a regular cold water small swimming pool. The toilets around swimming pool were smelly, so the whole area was not nice. Room cleaning was very poor too - only changing towels and throwing away garbage. I stayed 4 nights and floor on the day 4 was extremely dirty. The day before departure the room was not cleaned at all. Main receptionist was gloomy, not attentive, never asked if we liked the room, even at departure. Will not stay here again.
