Wow! What lovely people work here. We were on vacation in italy this august, and when we arrived in pescasseroli our car broke down. The lovely people at the help desk helped us talk to the italian roadwork assistance, and the next morning they helped us with the contact between us and the italian tow away truck. They even brought us to the village mechanic with their own car, and paid upfront for us. We ofcourse also stayed at the hotel, which was very clean and had a beautiful interior, also the breakfast was super tasty and well made. I would highly recommend this place and even more because of the people working there!

It's a charming hotel , well located out of the center, with helpfull staff.

The only negative is that we missed bread for breakfast! The buffet was full of nice cakes but no one piece of bread and cheese.

The location was nice and the structure was aesthetically appealing from the outside.

The mattresses seemed old and hard. The shower head was broken upon arrival, and the temperature of the accommodation was cold, as well. The temperature of the hot water was set to a low temperature allowing for a cold shower. The flue in the chimney was broken which caused smoke to enter the apartment. Wires were hanging out of the walls, proving that the apartment was not prepared for our arrival. There was no place to hang jackets or dresses. Our stay was a complete disappointment and440 euro was a ridiculous amount of money to have paid for two nights. Never again.
