We loved how secluded the property feels.

I really liked the design of the hotel and the rooms, especially the Junior Suite 827 are very worthy. I liked that the rooms are bright and the showers are excellent. good spa and delicious food.

I didn't like the service. We arrived and waited until we were received at the reception, there was only one girl and at the same time 3 people were standing idle. Then we waited for the same girl to show the guests the whole hotel and amenities. In the restaurant I was alone during lunch and they forgot to take out the drinks, and then they took out both the appetizers and the main and drinks at the same time. so it was both days, we ordered oysters and hot, they were served together. the food was getting cold. when I left the hotel, the girl at the reception could not call me a taxi because there was a long waiting time, and I was in a hurry and she offered to cross the road and take a taxi on my own, I had 2 suitcases and 2 bags and there was no person in the hotel who could help me with my luggage. I think this is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel.
