Lo mejor es el personal. Tuvimos un problema con la habitación y a pesar de estar lleno, nos pudieron acomodar en otra habitación superior. Fueron muy amables! Las habitaciones son grandes, bonitas y limpias. Las vistas son buenísimas. Está muy cerca del centro del pueblo

Retirado del centro del pueblo y el Aire Acondicionado no enfriaba.

Es un hotel muy bien situado para ver la zona. La habitación es amplia y cómoda y las vistas muy bonitas. El personal muy amable. Hemos estado muy cómodos.
No hay cafetería para desayunar en caso de coger la opción del desayuno buffet.

No tea / coffee making facilities provided in room, no working WIFI due to mountain location.

Las preciosas vistas del río y el enclave del hotel. También la limpieza de la habitación, que era amplia y confortable .
La nevera de la habitación es inservible, calienta más que enfría. Además, algunas piezas de bollería que sirvieron en el desayuno no eran del día, en mi opinión.

The location is ideal near centre and a pool!
Some of the staff were very unfriendly ( some very nice). The restaurant waiter was really unpleasant. The breakfast was very badly organised… coffee ran out .. eggs ran out and then had to wait for alternatives. The girl on duty was lovely but the male waiter was extremely rude.

Very friendly staff, good parking and easy access.
Breakfast was a major let down. No cereals, poor selection of food, cold plates for the egg/bacon, no side plates for cake etc. Restaurant not open after breakfast and no prior warning on booking.com. Stayed there about 15 years ago and was delighted with everything.

The hotel's interior looks old and some areas need maintenance but it is clean and has good sound isolation.Staff was nice,location great & parking available. Rooms are well isolated as we heard no noise from other rooms and hotel was quite full. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quite spacious.
Hot/cold water regulation was broken,hotel staff was notified but it was not possible to fix it immediately due to long holidays. Showering was still possible but you the water was switching from hot to cold constantly. Breakfast buffet was quite poor: no vegetables,scrambled eggs very salty, insufficient personnel to clean & prepare tables after someone finished breakfast,refill coffee capsules etc.

The hotel is lovely and so are the staff.
The restaurant in the hotel and all the other restaurants in the town were closed because it was Wednesday. We didn't know this. We arrived late and found it very difficult to get something to eat in the town. In the end we found a bar where locals were watching football - better than nothing but stressful.

We loved our room here,as both the bedroom and bathroom were very nicely designed and spacious,but maybe what we loved most of all,was the view from our window as evey morning we woke up to the sun on the Roman bridge crossing the river to the town!We found it also very reasonably priced for August,so much so that we extended our stay! All in all,highly recommended!!
There was a problem one day with the water but that was something the hotel had no control over -rather it was something to do with the local supply in the town itself
