ABSOLUTAMENTE TODO. UN LUGAR EXCEPCIONAL

La ubicación, excepcional.

Teníamos reserva y llegamos sobre las 14:00 aproximadamente al hotel, era un día de lluvia, y la recepcionista nos dijo que hasta las 15:00 no tenían ninguna habitación libre, ¡Ninguna! y que además era "política del hotel" el check-in a partir de las 15:00 horas. Total que nos guardaron las maletas y otra vez a la calle lloviendo hasta las 15:00 horas porque a partir de esa hora parece que mágicamente con un conjuro mágico, las habitaciones vuelven a nuestra realidad paralela y aparecen por arte de magia. Volvimos sobre las 15:00 pasadas y ya no estaba la misma recepcionista, estaba otra, y curiosamente tenían ya la habitación a nuestro nombre preparada, que bueno... digamos que cuando llegamos a ella, no era de las mejores que tiene el hotel... Casualidad seguramente... Para ser un 5 estrellas... empatía poquita...

완전완전좋아요! 산티아고대성당 바로 옆이고, 도어맨분 계시고 체크인할때 짐도 방까지 옮겨주세요. 욕조 엄청 크고 방도 넓고 다 좋습니당 까미노 후 최고의 숙소에요!!

호텔이 너무 넓어서 방까지 가기 힘들어요 ㅠㅠ 특히 까미노 후 다리 후들거리는 사람한텐 방을 나가기까지 큰 용기가 필요합니다.. ㅎ

Localização excepcional, imóvel incrível, ótimos funcionários, café da manhã excelente e Wi-Fi.

Do quarto que também “parou no tempo”, do século XX. Cama de casal pequena (1,5m), sem cobertor adicional, chuveiro “pinga-pinga” com pressão mínima de água e, pior, com água no máximo morna, jamais quente. E a calefação do quarto desliga por períodos à noite, deixando o quarto gelado (4ºC no exterior).

The room was smaller than expected and not a good view from my window. I also had a little problem figuring out how to use the key.

Not at all a 5 star hotel. There was no room service, no one answered the telephone at the front desk. They were unable to supply and iron and offered no sensible alternative. The hair dryer in the room was broken and despite reporting it nothing was done to rectify the problem. Very expensive and very disappointing.

the food in the restaurant that we ate in was not great. not value for money. we expected more.

Rich history, beautiful surroundings.

My room was next to a kitchen area or prep area. (Room 124). It was loud throughout the day and night. Crashing dishes woke me from a nap and rolling heavy carts startled me at 5am. When I told the front desk staff, they said that it shouldn’t be loud. I was there for two nights. There was no effort to address my concerns.

It was staying in a beautiful museum. Absolutely everything was beautiful. The restaurants were wonderful but not pretentious. The service was superb. It was so amazing staying in a place built in the 15th century created by order of Ferdinand and Isabella. It it on the square with the cathedral. If you can stay there, do. It was truly memorable.

The breakfast was excellent although we were surprised that we had to book a time to have breakfast and were only given 3 choices. The location is right next door to the cathedral and the historic building is impressive. We had a very good porter.

1. Directions for car drivers to the parador. We did not know whether or not we were allowed down what were clearly pedestrian streets. 2. The parador was overbooked. Although we had a confirmation email, had made a confirmatory telephone call and had paid on the day of the booking, when we arrived, we were told that there was no room available. 3. The Receptionists were unfriendly and unhelpful to the point of making us feel unwelcome. 4. Without apology or acknowledgement we were not given the Standard Double Room we had booked but one fitted for the disabled which was clearly the only room available.
