great location and very clean facility

most of the staff was awesome, but for one person who should not be in the hospitality business.

The staff were very friendly they helped us with the transportation after having trouble with the taxis. They gave us a more spacious room since we needed a crib for our son. Also, they suggested different activities for our days there, according to our needs and family

Nothing at all, maybe not having a cheaper breakfast, since it would be easier to have breakfast at the hotel

The location was amazing. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast area can be used all day long, very helpful with small apartment and children

The location is great, but it comes with "benefits", bells and bars songs :) but I guess it was expired

The absolute perfect location being right in the middle of the historic center, but tucked away and quiet at night. I could easily come back to the room and drop off items I bought or use the restroom and continue with exploring. There are many good restaurants just around the corner or within 5 minutes walk of the hotel. I stayed here for 3 nights and loved my stay. I did not have the breakfast, but there are several cafes right outside the door so you don’t have to travel far for coffee and toast.

The beds were a little hard but most beds are for me.

Fantastic location but still quiet. Good Aircon. Rooms with high ceilings and comfy and clean.

Perfect location, comfortable KING size bed, friendly staff. Nightlife can be noisy in Santiago however due to double windows no noise from outside could be heard inside.

Very clean, excellent breakfast buffet, 24hour staff. The building is gorgeous - newly renovated but keeping the original structure in mind. The windows are double-paned so you can block out any and all outside noise. Always a favorite of mine.

Breakfast wasn’t included but online it said it was when we read about it. old info should be removed from site. my friend left clothes in the closet and we were never contacted about that. That was disappointing.

Excellent breakfast, quaint mix of modern architecture with traditional stone and wooden accents. Big room with big, bright windows with great soundproofing. Great wifi and details like heated towel racks and complementary chocolate and water in the mini fridge. Very central location to everything but on a quiet street.
