Great, quiet location. Basic but you get what you need. Quick contact with owners for extra request like blanket.

Mosquitos. There is a small river near by and they come by main door space or bathroom window. Wifi is not great if you work remotely but will be ok if you want to do simple browsing. Ask for room Near reception.

It was close to the center and the beach, but enough away from the hustle od the night life. WiFi was excellent. It was spotless clean and the balcony door had a protective net against mosquitoes. The owner kindly let me store my luggage in the office untill I left town.

Mid April is still kinda chilly at night, so I had to warm up the place with air conditioning. The water was running cold on the 3rd morning, but it got OK again by the evening. I had two rather chatty neighbours who spoke loudly well into the nighf on the balcony next to mine.

We got a room on ground level, with one double size bed and AC. Localized near Faliraki center, just a stone toss from main party street with pubs, clubs and restaurants, and a short walk from beaches and port. Rooms are cleaned and towels are changed every day around 11-12. Owner and his son are very welcoming and friendly. When asked if we can leave our luggage somewhere because we had whole day until our flight, they gave us a temp room at other hotel, so we can enjoy our last day on the beach and take a shower after. Highly recommend if you're looking for a clean room, with good location and killer price/quality ratio.

Location has some downside - you can hear parties from nearest restaurants, often till 2-3 in the morning. Kitchen is very small and it's a bit of a challenge to cook anything with more than 3 ingredients. Also kitchen utensils could get an upgrade. Bathroom doesn't have any shower curtain so subsequently whole floor is wet. Also some towels have seen better days and were due for replacement.

Perfect location, 5 min walk to the beach, tavernas, bars, big supermarket nearby, but quite anyway. Cleaning and changing towels everyday. Nice balcony, great view, ideally for morning coffee.

When we arrived we were placed in family app in the ground floor, but after 3 nights we moved to the room we reserved. It wasn't a big problem, but it's good to know so you don't get surprised.

My Ipad was stolen from the room on the first day of my stay. So I didn’t feel safe for the rest of my stay.

Nice apartments, almost in the center of Faliraki. Room clean with air conditioning and safe included in the price. Very nice and helpful owner. The beach is nearby, a short walk away. We enjoyed the stay. We recommend this place.

Given a room in the basement which did not get any sun. Room was very cold.

We spent 3 wonderful weeks at Roseberry Studios! I would like to note the excellent location, there are many cafes and restaurants around, only 5 minutes to the Faliraki beach. Two supermarkets within a 10-15 minute walk. Cleaning had been carrying out every day, all towels were changed, the room was clean every day. Dimitris is a very good host, during check-in, he told and showed us everything.

Our room was located on the ground floor, so it was noisy and sometimes there were some ants in the evenings. Also there are a lot of hungry cats in Faliraki, so it will be problematic to have dinner on the street (and cats can also run into your room). Towels were changed every day, however bed linen was changed much less frequently. Cleaning has been doing early in the morning and you need to be prepared to stay awake at this point, which can be very annoying. You also need to keep in mind that you will have to clean the kitchen area by yourself. There were no small bathroom accessories on check in, so you need to buy it if you plan to stay for a long time. Wi-Fi was ok, but watching the movie online would be problematic.

The studio is located away from the main street, the beach, the center, the supermarket is a short walk.

The kitchen equipment is sufficient, but it is a bit impractical.

Dimitri, our host was very nice, Roseberry studios is located only a few minutes from the beach and the party area but the appartment is quiet. Also we were allowed to stay in the room until 5.30 pm since our flight was in the night, so we could also enjoy a whole day on the beach.

It is close to the sea, shops and restaurants. It was clean, equipped with all basic stuff. Enough space for 2 people. Also, it was nice to have access to the patio.

It would’ve been nice to have more space or an additional table to cook and to check the wifi connection/router, since it was better outside than inside in our room.

First of all, location is really great - shops, restaurants, main street and the beach are all within 5 min. walk, but location is super quiet and there is no noise from the restaurants or street. Room is cleaned every day and towels are also exchanged daily! Owners are super friendly.

They do care for the place, but some upgrades would be nice. Kitchen in the 2-bed studio had seen better days (on the other hand kitchen in 4-bed studio was great) and beds are too soft but that was all.

The owner of the hotel was rude, knocked hard at 09.30 on the door to wake us up, everything else was normal!
