it’s on a main road which is reflected in the price but when the main glass door is closed it’s very quiet

Room functionality: everything you need is there.

Perfect place to be! Very close to the beach, supermarket and the bus station. The host very helpfull and nice. We enjoy our stay at Patricias and we recomnned it.

The staff and the manager were friendly and helped if we needed something. The location was fine, not far from shops, bus stop, cafes and central beach.

Good that we had a fridge and cupboards, lovely bathroom and enjoyed having a maid who came every day. Also liked how close it was to the shops and restaurants

The ‘stove’ was 1 plug in hob. No sponge to wash up. 2 coat hangers in the whole wardrobe. 3 plug sockets in the whole place including the kitchen one.

Restaurants 5 mins walk, beach 7-8 mins walk, supermarket 2 mins walk. The room was tidy every day by the time we got back from the beach (new towels, bed linen). George is very helpful in every cases. On your last day you have to leave the apartment at 11.30 - dont worry if your plane takes off later, they provide a safe place for your luggages while you're spending your last hours at the beach ( and shower also ). (However George was that kind that we could stay in the room for free until 19.00 on our last day).

The wifi was very slow. The air condinationer cooled the room very slowly which made falling asleep really hard after coming home at night.

Overall everything was good, George and his family were very helpful and responsive, cleaning was done regularly, area is perfect because you can reach Faliraki centre where you have clubs and shops by walking 7 minutes and Rhodes by bus (bus station 5 min away)

Nice room, with a balcony ideal for breakfast. The room was cleaned every day. Close to restaurants and bus station.

They were changing the towels every day and do the cleaning. Pretty new furniture and clean. It was close to the center and to the bus stations.

It was close to the main road and there were car noise, ignorable, but I would have preferred a quiet place.
