Good location

Dark dingy room at the back, I didn’t realise I had booked a basic room I just booked it, I think we got the worst room in the hotel, considering it was nearly empty you would think they would give us a brighter room. The kitchenette was the smallest unpractical thing I’ve ever seen, shouldn’t really call it a kitchenette, it’s just a sink with cupboard underneath and a draining board with a couple of bowls and bits! wouldn’t stay here again

– The hosts were very kind and smiling, always ready to help, the room was clean and very comfortable bedsThe building is located 5 minutes walk from beautiful beach ⛱️

Exceptional staff provided the best service. I hope to see them next year.

The rooms are very spacious with very comfy beds. Nice swimming pool with sunbeds The owner is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely go again.

We only stayed one night as it was a pit-stop however the rooms are a good size and the beds in our room were amazingly comfy! Comfier than mine at home thats for sure. Pool area is small as well as the seating area however very good location to the centre.

Well everything was amazing. Firstly I will start with the facilities: the studios have an amazing clean pool as soon as you enter. You can relax on one of the many sun-beds that it has. There is an outside sitting area where you can enjoy a number of board games, football table and a pool table. You can order coffee there also it has various sodas and beer! The room itself was on the second floor and it was amazing, the bed was recently renovated and it was the best place to relax and sleep after a long day( to be honest you did not want to wake up because you are so relaxed) The room was cleaned every other day and it was always spotless. Fresh towels as well which was amazing. I can tell you that this is the second time that we went and we are going to make this trip annually!

To say that The property holds great value for money is an understatement. I would have had guaranteed paid more and STILL feel I had great value. Now for the properties which included a pool surrounded by comfy sun chairs and lounge chairs to get your tan going, plenty of them with covers which provides a well deserved cooling shadows. Pool table, dart, fussball table, board games, a bar outside by the pool and a cat. Yes a cat, if you don’t like cats, don’t come to Greece, they are everywhere. But this one is special, it’s the owners pet; Bobby, and they have the best of chemistry, it’s really heart warming to see, the owner George himself is the absolute kindest and honest hotel owner I have ever met, he goes way and beyond to tend for your request to all his abilities. Beers, soft drinks,coffee,frappe,water available. The rooms are well cleaned, has your own personal balcony with chairs and table,mini kitchen for cooking with utensils, and my god, the madrases they are super comfy,and trust me, after a long day exploring a small fraction of what Rhodos has to offer, you will die for this at the end of the day. Sunny Sun should be your go to when staying in Faliraki.

Sunnysun studios is in a fantastic location for exploration and nightlife. George if a wonderful host and I really enjoyed chatting with him and the other guests. The rooms range from simple and comfortable to the superior rooms which are well appointed. Thanks George for a really good break.

I highly recommend. Good location, close to everything. The hotel has everything you need. Host George is very helpful and makes a great atmosphere. Bobby cat is amazing! The place where I want to come back.

We really enjoyed our holiday here. The accommodation is nice, clean, and well located (a couple of minutes from the center of Faliraki). The owner is really kind and very willing. He helped us with everything we needed to (arrange a covid test, rent a car/quattro). And we must not forget Bobby - owner's special cat. If we visit Rhodos again we'll stay here again! 😊

Located at the top off the strip near bars & restaurants but just enough away not to hear them …. Lovely clean pool area & the manager can’t do enough for you …. Absolute bargain & would stay again no probs

Loved the (in pandemic) quiet location, close to town centre with all the fuss. Faliraki is a lively town with lots of music and parties that you do not hear at the property. The host was kind and always present. The rooms were older but very functional. Liked the stay a lot.

Everything great! George, the owner, is amazing. He helped us to arrange PCR test, the lady even came to the hotel, no need to go anywhere. Recommendations for restaurants were great. Rooms were clean, every second day new towels, great pool. Good working airco and also strong wifi. Small gym also available (fully working after corona is gone). Also very good attention to corona messures, it makes you feel safe.

I have stayed before so knew what to expect, I was not disappointed. Location perfect, much of what is needed is nearby. Lovely pool, room spacious and kept spotlessly clean. Bed very comfy - I slept well. George is a top guy, nothing too much trouble. I mustn't forget Bobby, the circus cat, we were friends from the start.

Very hospitable staff, perfect for us, does what it says on the tin, perfect location.
