La ubicación solamente

No me gustó la atención del personal su modo de contestar y no eran muy atentos incluso cuando llevábamos un bebé nos estaban presionando desde 10 am para ver si ya podían limpiar cuando el check out es a las 12 , obvio tampoco quisieron extender ni un poco la salida, además el bufet no era bueno poca variedad y no me gustó no se compara a Novotel en uae

The staff, the location, the room size

shower drainage was blocked, breakfast was poor. for the price paid is a bit overpriced.

The hospitality is nothing short of amazing! They cater to all your needs, room is made up everyday (if you want to of course), the buffet breakfast and dinner is average but still pretty good

They act like they are a high star hotel while they are not. Staff advised with wrong information that there is no issue with the renovated room although there is fresh paint smell, whereby no new rooms as such should be booked until the smell fades. Had to go up to the room then go down again so they can change it. They take a long time to check you in due to old computer systems. Card for elevator didn’t work from first time. All of this took a lot of time just to get into a room, that they told me I can wait at the bar/restaurant till they fix things. Wifi signal isn’t strong on 4th floor and you need to move around to get a signal and it’s not consistent. Coffee at the bar is awful. Would have given a higher rating if their price is lower, but in terms of value for what you get, rating them 6 is even out of courtesy.

The property not so bad, or old, but it feels like no one cares about it.

The room was very dusty, pillows in stains, carpet super dirty. The service man who supposed to clean, didn’t do it well. I had breakfast including, and I was surprised how it could be so bad like this, I could barely find smt to eat, the taste were bad. Stuff very relaxed, it feels no one wants to work, and on the other hand they were waiting for tips, and not small amount… I was very upset with staying there, honestly the worst experience

Good location, decent staff, the service and the food are good.

Guests are disrespectful to the rules, they are smoking everywhere, even in the non-smoking floors. And I am talking here about staying there for more than 9 times... Same thing happens everytime.

Excellent hotel, staff members were excellent, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, special thanks for all reception staff. Location was convenient if you want to escape midtown crowds.

Could not stay longer!

Location for business use.

Towel doesn’t absorb water. It should be improved.
