اعجبني ترقية غرفتي بفضل الله ثم بفضل الاستاذ القدير ((شريف سلامة))في الاستقبال رجل محترم وخلوق جداً وتعامل راقي وكان جميع موظفي الاستقبال ممتازين جداً وكمان الاخ ياسر في النادي الصحي انسان لطيف ومساعد لاي شخص وايضاً جميع العاملين

اسلوب بعض الاشخاص اللي على التفتيش الداخلي للفندق يحاولون ويصرون على السياح باخذ البقشيش وهذا غير صحي للسياحة عامة وللفندق بشكل خاص

Great location if you need a place near the airport and out of the city traffic. We were here just for one day and needed a nice facility next to the airport. They had a pool, and the rooms were very good. Location wise was good as there were quite a few eateries and shops around too.

Die Lage war sehr gut, ca. 10 Minuten Autofahrt vom Flughafen entfernt.

Öffentliche Bereiche sehr sauber und ordentlich, aber die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer zum Innenhof, Fenster nicht zu öffnen und vor allem eine Klimaanlage, die sich nicht regeln lässt, entweder eiskalt und furchtbar laut oder aus. Was mich in Hotels sehr stört ist die Tatsache, dass es in einem Doppelzimmer nur einen Sessel als bequeme Sitzgelegenheit gibt! So war es auch hier. Die Türen haben geklemmt und ließen sich nur mit Schwung schließen, sodass man sämtliche Türen vom Gang hörte, außer man hatte die Klimaanlage an.

Biancheria non veniva cambiata nonostante venisse lasciato il biglietto sul letto per richiederlo. Non è stata cambiata neanche dopo i 2 giorni canonici come invece da loro dichiarato.

All the days that I stayed at this hotel, the staff were very helpful to me!!! Also, the currency exchange in the lobby was a very convenient benefit indeed.

It was very bad hotel start from the conversation in the phone until we left the hotel .

It was very bad hotel it’s very old and the way that they are talking it’s very bad even the housekeeper they are knocking the door to wake you up to say happy EiD it was The worst accommodation I have ever seen in my life .

Very big nice rooms, close to the airport. Stuff were very nice and helpful.

Breakfast could be improved. You need a taxi to the center.

الغرف يسمع صوت التلفزيون في الغرفه الملاصقه لغرفتك حتى اذا كانت غير مزدوجه ، العوازل سيئه بين الغرف المخدات المستخدمه جودتها سيئة تحتاج الى تبديل بنوع ذو جوده افضل

the breakfast was very good as a quality ,quantity and variety and all the staff were very kind with a nice smile all the time also i had a diner in the Italian restaurant with other 4 friends during a business meeting the food was excellent

توفر المعقمات عند المداخل الأمان لموقعه في منطقة الجيش الانترنت وجود ألة صرف آلي

الاثاث متهالك جداً وغير صالح للاستخدام روائح الفرش سيئة تسربات مياة في الحمام وروائح كريهة أصوات المكيف مزعجة عوازل الصوت بين الغرف ضعيفة تشققات الجدران وتحتاج لدهان الستارة ممزقة ولا تحجب الاضاءة طاولة الكوي متسخة ومنكسرة وبخار المكوى لا يعمل قنوات التلفزيون قليلة علاقات الملابس تسقط عند تعليق الملابس عليها عدم الخصوصية عند عمال النظافة ويدخلون الغرفة بدون أستئذان أسعار المطعم والكوفي شوب مبالغ فيها جداً تعقيد الأمن عند طلب أكل من خارج الفندق طلب موظف الاستقبال لمبلغ زيادة عن المتفق عليه في الحجز وتم الرفض مياة المسبح غير صافية وكثيرة الكلور لا توجد مطاعم وسوبر ماركت قريبة

يوجد موظفون ودوودون للغايه مثل (مادونا / مينا / وحامل الشنط مجدي بخيت) والمكان هادئ وجيد

كثرة الانتظار عند الريسبشن لتحضير الغرفه وذلك كان على مدى اقامتين في الفندق وبالمرتين انتظرت طويلا الاولى مدة ساعه والثانيه ساعه الا ربع ولا احد يعير لك انتباه عند الريسبشن او يهتم بك الا بعد الالحاح عليهم بطلب الغرفه

The furneture is old and design also old and maintenance is very weak . Location is acceptable only .

i honestly cannot say that there was anything i liked particularly.

my entire stay there. i am never going back and would not encourage anyone to do the same. the night we checked in - a Mr Farouk offered us 'an upgrade' to the dejected part of the hotel , we didn't know at the time that there was a newer part of the hotel - when we entered we were completely taken aback by the smell, old furniture and stale rooms. we sat down on the couch for roughly 30mins before we realised that there were bed bugs - who had already given myself and husband a few bites. it was at this point we decided we were going to go back to reception and demand to check out and get a refund. after much argument- Mr Farouk who offered us the said upgrade came down and said he cannot offer us a refund but he can change the rooms to the new wing of the hotel. you can imagine our shock and dismay- to find out that there were better rooms but we were offered the run down rooms because we were black people. This lone experience affected the rest of the trip and our outlook of Egypt as a whole. Also if you are looking for fresh food.... leave Sonesta alone.
