The location

The room setup. My key card had to be reactivated every day.

The location was excellent and the room was spacious for the three of us.

There are only two elevators, so the waiting time can be a little long. The reception lobby is small and during the checkout it was very crowded.

Neat and clean - located in close proximity to major tourist attractions - 15 to 20 mins walks Booked an XL room for family of 4 and got upgraded to Junior Suite - very sweet of them

The size of the rooms were excellent. The little extras you got with each clean was lovely. Asked if we required anything extra to contact them. provided umbrellas when needed. Complimentary mini fridge with fizzy juice, beer & water. crisp, nuts and biscuits also complimentary. Have stayed here 3 visits now and would stay again.

Nothing majorly concerning. Just some pointers. Re-grout the showers and get a quicker toaster at breakfast.

The room was big (we were 3 adults) but had only one closet. the balcony was without any view, narrow and without chairs/table. The location was nice but we had to take a taxi for the main locations in the city. When we arrived after a long flight there was no water on the reception even not to buy.

Nice property, good location.

The customer service was not good & more than one staff member were rude. They do not follow up on customer concerns needs, eg our room phones did not work, our tub did not drain well. All reported & not corrected. Our rooms were not ready upon arrival & follow-up with us sitting in lobby area was non-existent. Staffing just does not appear to be happy working there.

I liked the Balcony that’s it. The Property was a below average 4 Star property. Asking a high 5 star price. In an average part of the city. It’s an ok walk to the Vatican and nothing else. Everything else you need a taxi for. So not a great position at all. The cleaning lady was lovely the desk staff were terrible. Like they Didn’t want to be there. I would never recommend you stay here especially at the prices charged. They are just using you to pay off the mortgage there’s no reason to stay here. So don’t.

Good location, quite close to all the city attractions. We received a room upgrade upon check in which was nice.

The hotel room did not look like on the pictures. The furniture is new but the hotel is quite old. The airconditionig was not working well and was turning off.

The staff was very nice and kind.

The place of residence is a little far from the tourist places, and the reception staff was violent in its treatment, and when you ask them for any request, it is as if they work for free. I asked for a taxi to go to the airport, and I waited for more than an hour, but the receptionist did not spare any effort to contact a taxi company. For cleanliness, I give them 10 on 10

they give us free upgrade and the location is sooo good 7 mins walk to St Peters. special thanks to Michelle for last minute booking of our van and to all the tips. and to the staff that gave our free upgrade

I like that the hotel is located in a good, quiet area and close to the main tourist attractions (Colosseum, Pantheon, Vatican). The hotel is very clean, the staff very friendly and the breakfast varied and tasty.

the upgraded room was perfect for two people who just arrived in Rome. Breakfast was WONDERFUL AND THE STAFF ATTENTIVE!
