Ottima struttura nel centro di Sliema. Lontana dal traffico intenso, permette agli ospiti di godere del silenzio nelle ore notturne. Un plauso particolare al signor Gabriele della reception e alle sue colleghe. Personale molto preparato e gentile.

Soluzione in posizione molto comoda ma tranquilla, bella struttura, curata e ben tenuta. Camere accoglienti e molto pulite, con letti molto comodi e balconcini piacevoli. Alla reception, Gabriele è stato gentile, simpatico e molto accogliente. Colazione molto varia e gustosa. Da ripetere.

Hotel molto ben tenuto. Staff molto preparato. Raramente si trovano dei veri professionisti in questo settore, qui la professionalità è veramente alta dalle reception alle colazioni. Hotel adatto anche a chi vuole passare una giornata in totale relax. Consiglio il pub all' interno dell' hotel. Colazione ottima sia per noi italiani che per i britannici. (Caffè all'italiana non pervenuto come un quasi tutta l' isola ma è facile adattarsi)

Atendimento muito cuidadoso. No check-in, demoraram um pouco para encontrar a nossa reserva e, em função disso, fomos presenteados com drinks. O quarto é muito espaçoso, a cama confortável e há mesa de trabalho. O banheiro também é amplo, com bom chuveiro. Amenities de banho de boa qualidade e kit café no quarto. Sobre o café da manhã, há uma variedade imensa de opções, capaz de atender todos os públicos. Durante a estadia, solicitei um ferro de passar roupa, que não estava contemplado na nossa categoria de quarto e fui prontamente atendida. O ponto alto desse hotel são as áreas comuns. Na recepção há máquina de snacks com preços justos. A piscina com borda infinita e vista para o mar é sensacional. No local, existe um bar com boas opções de drinks onde se é muito bem atendido. A localização é ótima, de fácil acesso para solicitar aplicativos. Há muitos restaurantes no entorno e também praia.

O sinal do Wi-fi não era muito bom no nosso quarto.

The welcome and friendliness of the staff, the excellent facilities, perfect location and size and comfort of the rooms. We travel often and we're all surprised by the particular warmth of everyone we met working in the hotel. On the first night we were invited to the bar for drinks and snacks by the management and we met Simba and Dorianne, the front office managers in the sister hotels. They made us feel so welcome and throughout our stay remembered us and were more than helpful. I got sick and when my husband ordered some food for me, they offered it complimentarily, they seemed genuinely concerned. I heard one customer calling Dorianne, mama, and I understand why he felt that way. We will definitely return to this hotel. I almost don't want to post this review as I feel the secret of this hotel will be out and the prices will go up!! If you are going to Malta, stay here, walk to the ferry stop for the crossing to Valetta in 5 mins, it's only 2 euros, eat in the rooftop restaurant with views of the walled city, swim in the rooftop infinity pool, even in January, wander the medieval streets and feel the wonder!
