Der Speisesaal ist ein Albtraum. Eine Mischung aus Bahnhofshalle und Werkskantine. Die Akustik ist grauenvoll, ungemütlich. Zum Glück gibt es einen kleinen Aussenbereich wo es sehr schön ist, dieser ist bei Wind aber geschlossen. Wir haben dann auf das Abenbrot verzichtet da man es in der "Kantine" nicht aushalten kann. Um Missverstämdnisse auszuschliessen: das Essen, sauberkeit ... alles prima. Nur das Ambiente ist eine Vollkatastrophe

Fikk tildelt feil rom hvor første natt måtte tilbringes, unødvendig diskusjon for å få det rommet vi hadde betalt for.

The breakfasts were excellent, they had everything you could think of available to eat and drink. The hotel lobby and bars were spacious and very good. I enjoyed the pools, though apparently some pools and facilities were closed which was a shame. The guy in the in-house shop that sold hats/sunglasses/etc was funny and helpful.

The cleaners twice left our door 'on the latch', so it was effectively open and unlocked. Anyone could have walked in and stolen something (fortunately did not happen). The TVs never worked properly. Even after being fixed by the maintenance person, there were still many channels that did not work. And one of the TVs never had network/internet so could not use apps.

L’hotel est top. Les chambres sont spacieuses et le petit déjeuner très copieux. Très bien placé, pas besoin de voiture pour se déplacer. Nous avons pleinement profité de la piscine interesse avec nos enfants.

Very clean, spacious rooms, delicious food and nice outdoor pool

The culinary experience was exceptional. My particular dietary preferences were met with enthusiasm and care, as the chefs went above and beyond to cater to them. Their helpful and accommodating nature added to the dining pleasure. The hotel’s prime location and its exquisite restaurant are the highlights for me.

I reserved a room at this hotel, enticed by the advertised spa wellness and recreational facilities. However, I was dismayed to discover upon arrival that these amenities were unavailable, a fact that was omitted by the staff prior to check-in. Furthermore, my request for an early check-in was disregarded, even as I observed other guests being granted this courtesy. Compounding my frustration, I was informed that my booking through booking.com disqualified me from utilizing my Hilton Honors member benefits—a policy I find discriminatory and utterly unreasonable. In my extensive travels and stays at numerous prestigious hotels worldwide, I have never encountered such an arbitrary and exclusionary rule.

Bardzo ładny i czysty hotel. Świetny basen i lokalizacja. Obsługa również na najwyższym poziomie.

Doceniam, że w obiekcie był całkowity zakaz palenia, jednak moim zdaniem podobna reguła powinna obowiązywać na odkrytym basenie, a jeśli to niemożliwe - powinno być wyznaczone miejsce dla palaczy. Osobiście nie mogłam w pełni cieszyć się relaksem nad basenem przez ciągły smród dymu papierosowego. Nie po to wybieram hotel z zakazem palenia, żeby doświadczać tego zapachu na basenie.

Great breakfast variety, in a very spacious breakfast room. Polite and willing to serve staff. Very clean facilities - both open spaces and rooms. Fast and credible wifi. Easy to find/recognize. Nice indoor and outdoor pools. The Ombre cafe/bar really adds to the experience.

The staff seems to lack knowledge on local attractions, recommendations etc. There was some inconsistency in the way that some breakfast choices were prepared (e.g., fried eggs, waffles, bacon). We experienced two short, yet highly frustrating, outages in water supply (e.g., no toilet flush); and one power outage in the room.

Frühstück war super, grosse Auswahl. Super Zimmer und die Lage war auch sehr gut gelegen.

Leider hatte das Zimmer einen Kleiderschrank mit einem Brett und zum Kleider aufhängen. Das ist zu wenig für 3 Personen 1 Woche...

Ibdont think it should be a hilton hotel The spa wasnt available which we didnt know till we arrived, the fire alarm went off at least 4 times in the middle of the night We paid extra for a executive room but was basic Booked a room for my father reported tv not working they came to repair 3 times and still didnt fix it The door was missing a door trim which was a trip hazard tiles on balcony were moving Had to plug fridge in at the back of the cupboard This was definitely not anywhere near a 4 star Hotel has just been taken over and isnt really finished yet work is still going on

Top Lage und wunderbar ausgestattetes Hotel. Grosse Frühstücksauswahl und verschiedene Poolbereiche in- und outdoor.

Aktuell sind noch Bauarbeiten im Gange und der Kran verlief über den Poolbereich. Badezimmertür aus Glas und lässt sich nicht richtig verschließen. Aber da der Umbau noch nicht ganz abgeschlossen ist, wird das evtl. noch behoben.

Loše izvedene tuš kabine,voda poplavi kupaonicu prilikom tuširanja. Spa je u renoviranju i nije dostupan. Minibar je prazan. U barovima ne primaju gotovinu.

Dobra lokalizacja - przystanki autobusowe, sklepy, restauracje w pobliżu. Świetne jedzenie. Bardzo dobra obsługa - personel życzliwy i pomocny.

Staff lovely and hotel feels brand new. Room modern and clean. Food in hotel excellent. Breakfast very good and good choices for later meals.

Unfortunately there is a major construction project at the front of the hotel on the waterfront. Currently two large tower cranes. Don’t work late or start too early thankfully. Bus stops and terminus very close to the hotel.
