Exceptional location. Private Parking, Dinner was fantastic. Breakfast was good, lot of variety.

Wunderschönes Hotel, alles stimmt und ist sehr ansprechend und sorgfältig eingerichtet und gepflegt. Das Hotel liegt gut erreichbar mit Bus zum Zentrum, trotzdem ist man gleich neben einem Naherholungsgebiet mit riesigem Park und Wasser. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet sensationell - das haben wir noch nirgends so angetroffen. Wir haben auch zwei Mal im Hotelrestaurant zu Abend gegessen, das war auch ausgezeichnet. Wir waren SEHR wohl! Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir hatten die Zimmer in der günstigsten Kategorie gebucht, welche zur Strasse (einem Autobahnkreuz und Bahn, was man bei den Bildern nicht vermutet) hin gelegen sind. Mit einem relativ günstigen Upgrade konnten wir aber unkompliziert das Zimmer wechseln, welches sehr schön zum Innenhof gelegen war, und entsprechend ruhiger.

We liked the style of the hotel, loved the location on the water. It had a great location. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel and rooms were very very clean. We had a great stay. I cannot think of anything missing in the room. Very well appointed rooms, everything was thought about.

There were no electricity points near the bed so charging phones at night was tricky

The restaurant was of a high quality.

The room was disappointing and it felt a bit run down. No aircon and very small. No coffee station.

I am a returning customer as this is a charming hotel next to a lake. Service is impeccable. Restaurant offers very good food already for breakfast and I like the country house style atmosphere. This is my favourite hotel in Stockholm.

The hotel is a little out of the way of the central city, which we quite liked. The on site restaurant was brilliant, casual but incredible quality food. the room was charming, and the hotel overlooks a beautiful lake which is great for a morning walk or run.

even though the hotel is situated by a beautiful lake, most of the rooms do not overlook it - they face out on to a highway overpass. just need to check before booking what your view will be.

The rooms, helpful staff, the setting and ease of access to public transport. Also it was an easy 40 minute walk into the centre of Stockholm.

There was no tea or coffee making facility in the room and the TV was very limited, with not a great choice.

Very good location, room furnishing and personnel. I forgot the bunch of earrings in my room, and when I came back in a week the girl at the reception found them in ‘lost and found’ and gave them to me. I am so grateful! That was really a top experience in Stockholm. Not to say about beautiful lake near the hotel.

This hotel is a real treasure. I loved the atmosphere (very peaceful and relaxing place 2 steps away from one wonderful lake), the historical background and very stylish design. Everything was just perfect for my taste! Very good breakfast, nice clean rooms with comfortable beds, charming garten. 20 min to the center: we used bus 57, which is right on the corner. Would stay here definitely once more.

The views were great. The hotel had a very calm relaxed atmosphere. The staff were very friendly x helpful. It was very clean x the breakfast great.

The nature and location were perfect for those who want quiet and peace and also want to explore the city center. The breakfast was very nice. The staff was helpful and friendly. You can easily reach the city center by über or taxi.

Spa and an indoor swimming pool or gym center would be perfect

The breakfast selection was great and for a short trip would be amazing. After staying for nearly a week, it did get somewhat repetitive, possibly a 3 day rotation of what is available would keep it fun and exciting for all guests each day. The location of the hotel was picturesque and just a step away from a lake and amazing trail walks as well as an easy walk to the city center. The hotel itself is just brilliant and the rooms were perfect, with a large bed and separate duvets each night's sleep was refreshing.

The wifi in the rooms was a very weak connection. Simple images and especially videos failed to load the majority of the time. If the travel was for work this would have been a big issue. The plugs also seemed like low power, so any electricals took a long time to charge so you need to be prepared for the day ahead.

Everything was brilliant, staff lovely, food excellent, view over the lake, stroll around the park all fantastic.

Room was very warm, had to leave window open all the time - so some traffic noise. But didn't stop my enjoyment of the hotel.

Beautiful location by lake and Haga Park, excellent breakfast, convenient for airport bus and buses into town, atmospheric, cosy, stylish in common areas, staff friendly.

Very close to main road and building site, issues at booking as booked Deluxe Room (2 adults with 1 child) so could have view of lake. Was subsequently told child cannot stay in Deluxe Room as it is not possible to put a fold out bed in it and it was necessary to pay for Suite, which we did. The Suite we were given had a view of the road. It shouldn’t be possible to book a room for 3 if 3 cannot sleep in it so their website and Booking.com need to amend the information they have. I enquired about changing room to one with a view but they never followed up with me. It all felt like a bit of a battle when the information should have been clear from the start. Room cleaning was excellent on our final day but other days not so good. Far too much large furniture in Suite in my opinion so felt cramped in living area. I was bombarded with automated messages before and after our stay but no one actually asked is is everything alright or could they help while we were there.

Very friendly staff, charming rooms, delicious breakfast and a perfect location for sightseeing trips to the city and the surrounding of Stockholm. Highly recommendable!
