Door did not lock from inside at night, the chairs just had cushion on it, no over looked untidy. No wifi at all. Toilet didn't flush properly kept getting stuck and shower drain over flows and doesn't drain properly.

My Family and I decided to book The Premier Splendid Hotel for the very first time to celebrate my daughter's 13th Birthday. We did the booking via booking.com. I did view all the images and it looked pretty decent seeing that it is rated a 3 star hotel, then I got abit surprised and concerned as I was viewing all the reviews and 98 percent off the reviews were all negative. I then called in and spoke to the Manager Antoinette and I discussed my concerns upon reading the reviews and she assured me everything will be done to the best off her ability to ensure that we have a clean fresh room and everything will be well. She also was kind enough to give us a bigger unit as the others were not available and I did appreciate that as it was My husband, Myself and my 2 daughters spending the weekend away.. Firstly I must start off by saying that this Hotel has no signage upon entry and we even missed the turn which is so bad, and no boards nothing very very terrible. Got to the reception and headed off to our room number H1.. Wen we just entered that room HD the worst smell off stuffiness ever as if it was locked up for years and no fresh air or ventilation everything was stuffy the curtains the dust it was horrible.. No scent of air freshner NOTHING...!!!!! The unit was neat and tidy I must add but this Hotel really needs to have there hands on with the little details and the upkeep off the room, like the cupboards are all old and rotting away, we could not even put our Toiletries or clothing in the cupboards With cocoroaches running all over rusted shower stuff, shower doors broken and terrible leave alone the awful creepy millipedes all over the room on the curtains in the bathroom mirrors was a real nightmare, didn't even get a wink off sleep also...My poor husband had to be the pest controller for the weekend and it was not great.... You guys need to really get pest controllers in there. I was disgusted really and I have sinus issues and it flared up so bad..
