Imeilus vaade, imeline rand, väga hea hommikusöök, pressitud mahlad, kokkadelt tellid, mida soovid lisaks rikkalikule buffeele. Välibassein, sisebassein ja kolma sauna. Linna saab kergelt otse bussiga, mille peautus on hotelli ees, see sõidab täpselt linna südamesse ja on väga mugav kasutada, kõik turistid kasutavad seda. Teenindus on lahke ja sõbralik. Õhtuti esinevad erinevad artistid. Peamine- lastele oluline Maro World on vaid 10-min jalutiskäigu kaugusel läbi pargi, seal on ka poekesi ja restorane/pubisid.

A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, ficamos em um quarto do nível V que tem alguns benefícios como transfer de luxo do aeroporto para o hotel, que foi ótimo já que fica bem longe, cadeiras de praia e piscina mais confortáveis e reservadas, acesso ao restaurante Moment, que achei o menu ruim, preferimos fazer todas as refeições no restaurante com acesso a todos os hóspedes. Os funcionários Benjamin da recepção, Ângela da piscina e Ivona do restaurante foram maravilhosos conosco. No restaurante do bar da piscina tivemos um problema de comunicação com os funcionários, o Tony foi bastante educado, mas não posso dizer o mesmo de outro.

Great location on a beautiful pebble beach, very good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, well maintained property

The food served on the beach is not good enough and needs inprovement, also there is not enough waiters, so you have to fight for their attention. It is allowed to smoke on the beach so you will probably experience a smoker smoking on one of your neigboring chairs and the wind migt blow it towards you. Once we had a cigar smoker next to us and it was blowing towards us and when the waiter was serving us food we asked if this is ok and he said it is allowed to smoke there “why not”. Smoking is also allowed on the breakfast terrace, they will even bring you an ashtray to your table while people next to you are eating breakfast, so again if you have a smoker next to you you might smell smoke while eating.

Spacious room with a balcony including sun loungers. Nice spa which was very quiet and relaxing. Good bus service to get to Dubrovnik Old Town.

The hotel is huge so it doesn’t have any kind of personal feel. This is reflected in the breakfast where there are a lot of options but it is all poor quality and relatively bland, with no variation day to day. Rooms are a little outdated which makes the place feel more like a 4 star than a luxury 5 star. Weird, disgusting smells in the corridors of floors 0 and 1. Housekeeping staff never changed drinking glasses even when asked.
