Too small room and bathroom. No air conditioning. Electric heater is not the best solution in cold winter days. It takes too much time until room is properly heated even on not so cold days.

Very beautiful design, the place feels very expensive and luxury. Large private parking outside the hotel. Very good restaurant with a few belgian beers.

Rooms are extremely small. Check-out time is pretty early.

Parking was great and we were able to leave the car while we headed off on a weeks bike tour. We stayed at Zuid at the start and end of our trip. Breakfast was good and choice was excellent.

Staff were generally unfriendly towards us. On our second night my wife and I got over 30 insect bites (bed bugs?) between us - we mentioned it as we checked out and we were told it was basically our problem as we didn’t ask for a bug zapper to plug in. We didn’t know there was the option of one of these as it wasn’t in the room etc - no apology or ‘Oh dear, sorry to hear it…..’ Basically uninterested. Rooms have a damp smell to them and are very stuffy.

Very clean and tidy. Communal areas were lovely - cool, clean and inviting. Lovely use of natural materials to add character.

Great interior design, very new and modern, turned the existing structure into a very nice experience, rooms are spacious, free garage to park e-bikes, clean and friendly staff

Breakfast was offered for a very high price, we opted out as we didn't see the value, when seeing what was offered next morning, it clearly seemed overpriced to us, dinner was good and tasty, just also at the higher price segment and out of balance for what the dishes were in our opinion

There was a lot of noise coming from the hallway, that could be heard inside the room. Also, the heating unit inside the room made noise... Would not expect this in a hotel of this kind.

The heater was broken, do the room was cold.
