schlecht isolierte Zimmer zum Bahnhof hin. Nur zwischen Mitternacht und 6 Uhr ruhig. Zum Glück hat es mich nicht so sehr gestört. Die ratternde Klimaanlage ist allerdings auch kein Highlight.

Duschkopf war undicht, Hotel hat „Betonbaracken Anmutung“. Fourier mit verwelken Blumen, Bar ohne jeglichen Charme, kritische Gegend, direkt gegenüber von Bahnhof.

Perfect location right next to Antwerpes Centraal. The staff is friendly and courteous. The hotel is nicely designed. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and offer everything you need. The breakfast was sumptuous.

The design of the rooms is very neutral, i.e. nothing to remember. It is not a cosy hotel for a family visit or even for a romantic stay. However, it is a perfect business hotel. The breakfast room is spacious, but when large groups stay at the hotel, it can get quite crowded.

Ik hoorde lawaai van de straat en het station. Wij konden onze elektrische wagen niet opladen met het smooze systeem, oplaadkabel kwam vast te zitten, beroep gedaan op Mercedes assistance.

The breakfast was incredible. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. So much variety and quality. Also, I really appreciated the 12pm checkout, since we were there to relax.

The only thing that bothered me was the check in and check out. The hotel sent me an email where I could check in online, so I did, even though it's not an efficient website. But on arrival we had to check in anyway, and our room was changed from the one I had chosen. So the online check in was a complete waste of my time really. On check out it would be useful to have a box at reception where you can just drop your key card. Last thing, no shower caps provided:(

Comfortable bed and location next to Antwerp Centraal station. Staff is friendly and helpful: although they gave me an already taken room by mistake, they corrected it quickly.

The coffee machine at the room was not working.

Stylishly furnished rooms. Great shower. Helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Good value for money.

Not the nicest part of town, but very convenient for the station and a short walk into the old town.

Het was een mooi hotel, goed verzorgd en goede hygiëne. Het personeel was vriendelijk en ik zag veel planten, hier hou ik persoonlijk wel van. De omgeving was vermoedelijk in het zakelijke deel van ANtwerpen, wel dichtbij de winkelstraat, wat ook lekker was. Genoeg lekkere restaurants in de buurt ook.

Het hotel was onverklaarbaar warm (de kamer). Toen ik aankwam was het 23 graden in mijn kamer (ik verbleef in januari). Toen ik probeerde af te koelen middels airco, werd het alleen maar warmen. Uiteindelijk besloten het raam open te doen, wat niet heel fijn was, want het zit naast een luid station. Al in al niet goed geslapen door de hitte en het werd niet kouder dan 21 graden, dus er moet ergens een verwarming aan hebben gestaan.

Jammer dat restaurant en roomservice gesloten waren. Nu moest ik in heel slecht weer nog de deur uit om een hapje te eten.

Location was superb

I found it odd and strange that they don’t have toilet brush in the rooms. i asked reception about it she confirmed the that it’s standard procedure. I requested throu the app but didn’t even get any respond during the whole stay.

The property is close to central station. Easy to access by foot. Everything was clean and soundproof. The staff was excellent. We got to use the gym and the iron.
