zeer gemakkelijke oplossing om ontspannen een reis te beginnen: parkeerplaats voor de auto, shutteldienst naar de luchthaven. Ruime, mooie kamer. Zeer uitgebreid, lekker ontbijt.
Onthaal door hostes die enkel Engels sprak, kon geen Nederlands. Vond ik wel jammer voor een hotel dat in Brussel gelegen is en waar je toch mag verwachten dat er naast Engels om ook Nederlands en Frans gesproken wordt. Bij het uitchecken wel personeel die Nederlands sprak.

Ontbijt was niet uit gebreid en als het op was werd er niet terug aangevuld waardoor andere mensen geen volledig ontbijt meer hadden onder meer ik zelf ..
Geen Nederlands tijdens ontbijt en avond eten in restaurant , konden enkel gebrekkig Engels .. ik moet hier in België mij aanpassen om verplicht hun taal te verstaan en te spreken , deden geen moeite om mij te verstaan in het nederlands terwijl wij toch in België wonen .. dit kan niet 🙅♀️ ! Eerst de Nederlandse en Franse taal leren voor je aan het werk gaat ..

Spacious room
There is no clear instructions where is the shuttle bus located in the airport. Phone number indicated in the app does not pick up the phone multiple times, so I needed to find different phone number on their website to call reception. A women there told that it is on the 0 level on the left side once you go outside, but it is actually on the right side. Nothing too dramatic, but once you land late in the evening and dreaming about going to bed and still need to solve puzzles how to find a shuttle bus - it is a annoying. Just indicate where to find it clearly, as I could not find in the reviews as well. And fix a phone number in the booking app.

Rooms are nice, usual standard for NH hotels.
Front receptionnist are not so niceI booked taxi the day before but it didn't come and I had a flighht to take. the first lady didn' properly handle my issue but fortunately the second lady was more efficient and could solve.
however, they were not so friendly.
The restaurant is to avoid... really bad food for the price...

No complaints - my ratings may be a bit tainted by immediately previous experience with 10 days in an older, much "warmer" atmosphere in Edinburgh. NH was nice, a bit too modern for my tastes and service was fine, not extraordinary. First room was not what I booked, but quickly remedied. Shower was excellent, room was spacious, if a bit "cold feeling" and the proximity to train station was EXCELLENT!
Nothing really, just did not get a great vibe - hotel seems a bit more geared for business than leisure travelers. However, If we ever return to Brussels - highly unlikely - this would be our choice. It is a very good choice.

The hotel is extremely close to the airport making it perfect for layovers. Yes it is a little expensive, but you get what you pay for; a gym, a shuttle service, complimentary water, tea, coffee and fruit, luxurious rooms, etc.
Getting the shuttle wasn't as easy or quick as I'd have hoped for. Upon arriving at the specified bus stop, I called the hotel and told them I was ready to be picked up. There were supposed to be shuttles arriving every 30 minutes but I waited for an hour. The driver told me she hadn't been notified or my arrival so there must have been some miscommunication.
Regardless, I would rather wait an hour for a free shuttle bus than have to pay nearly 50 euros for a return taxi.

The free shuttle took us straight there from the airport, it was a very convenient location. the bedroom was spacious and very comfortable and the Brasserie served decent food.
The central heating was a bit too warm.

The hotel was very neat and the shuttle transfer worked okay, we had to wait longer because she had two phone calls at the same time and we then just missed it. She came back for us very quickly.
The reception staff was having a bad day I suppose, very unmotivated. At breakfast the employee said our room number didn’t exist and when he checked the list he found out it did exist, maybe he misunderstood us.

The room was very comfortable. One only needs to know that plug outlet differ in almost all countries. So if you do not have a plug converter for a laptop, curling iron, or anything that needs to be plugged in, you are out of luck in this hotel, especially for American plugs.

Very spacious room and clean. Attentive customer service. They arranged a shuttle to airport on time per our request.
It would be great if the hotel could provide complimentary 1-2 bottled water. After longhaul flight or trip we need water to hydrate.
