Transaction. The inquiries were unsatisfactory and they had no experience in dealing with customers. Exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays, and the breakfast owner asked me in the morning to pay for breakfast. No invoice or receipt.

The bed we slept on was uncomfortable and there was an old period stain under the sheet.The sheet was clean and was replaced but the menstruation stain you can still see through.the sheet

Vi har alltid fått en extrasäng då vi har tre barn. Det gick inte alls den här gången för det får man tydligen inte ha. Frågade tre olika personer i personalen. Men det finns bild på detta på Bookings sida. Tyckte att vi kunde fått en mycket bättre kompensation än avdrag för en dags frukost. Jag sov på tvären, på längden, på alla håll och var rätt slut efter en resa som skulle ha varit avkopplande. Vi älskar Radisson Blu i Malmö och har bott där mååånga gånger. Men framöver kommer vi att fundera både en och två gånger innan vi väljer det hotellet.

Upon arrival due to lack of the two single bed rooms, we were offered a compromise - a free of charge upgrade to the bigger room with option getting second bed. Next day when we extended our stay for one more night staff declined our request to keep the same room in order to save time for us moving out and in to the new room, and for hotel to clean two rooms instead of one.

Nice big rooms.

The sleeper couch needs to be improved in the family room. It's old and not very comfortable.

Rooms are a bit tired. No plug in bathroom. Extra cost for child if in a separate bed.

We did not like the room furnitures and wall color. It felt like a room hospital. The bed corner looked great

Near to Malmo Central station (800m) and very close to bus stops connecting to Malmo Central and other destinations. Calm and quiet area with ample connectivity to city and nearby restaurants and shops (LIDL, MAX etc.). Very close to St. Peters Church. Friendly and helpful staff. Superior room was spacious enough for 2 adults and kid and to be honest the room size was more than what I expected.

The common area carpet is heavy for luggage strolling. A little crowded at the breakfast area. Breakfast spread was just ok, nothing special.

It was the perfect place if you want to discover the city centre. Close to a lot af things. You could walk everything. The breakfast was oke and the people were nice. Definitely a place I would recommend 🤓

Location is very convenient, rooms are spacious

We booked a family room for 2 adults and 3 children. Booking.com confirmed the availability of an extra bed. When we arrived no extra beds were available. Instead of apologising the rather rude receptionist told us we could either cancel the booking or leave a bad review on their website. In the end my son slept on the floor. Next morning, different people at the reception, but no better behaviour. No apologies, zero empathy for the situation. Instead of being a little accommodating and customer friendly they still charged me 30€ fee for the dog.

Could hear sounds from the gym, people running on the treadmill, early in the mornings.

The rooms are huge and great value for money. The beds were comfy. The air-con was good. There were plug sockets by the bed and a desk and chair. The reception staff were great, as is the location in a quiet corner of the centre of town, very near the main train station. There is a casual restaurant where good pub-type grub can be had. We did not have breakfast due to an early checkout so I can’t comment on that.

There are virtually no negatives with the hotel. The service in the restaurant (on the several occasions we’ve visited) though very friendly and amenable has been a bit slow whether the restaurant is busy or half empty and the kitchen is not flexible to accommodate food allergy sufferers.

A few things in our room didn’t work - the kettle and telephone. The female receptionists were incredibly smiley, helpful and kind. The male receptionists made you feel like an inconvenience
