Even though, I booked at a very short notice (I was already standing in front of the property when I pushed the button), the property was prepared relatively quickly. Wifi was good, and the room is very spacious. It was quite well equipped.

Some drawers were broken. Had I stayed for longer, I would have wanted to have a proper handover with protocol to make sure, the damages are not being addressed to me later on. Also, it was a bit difficult to get to the right information on how to acquire the keys to the property. Reception was not very friendly.

Fantastic location

4pm Check in time is a bit late and no flexibility to help storing the luggage for early arrival. Some bed lining is not clean. Toilet seat is broken - the apartment needs a bit of tender loving care. We have to clean dishes and cutlery and clear the rubbish ourselves on checkout which is out of our expectation - maybe we miss reading some notes on booking.com?

The bed was very comfortable and clean.

Extremely hard check-in, they don’t speak English and it took 30 minutes to get the keys. Super disorganized. The apartment was dirty. I couldn’t use any items from the kitchen. All of them was dirty, with hair or food, disgusting. The water boiler was extremely dirty, I couldn’t use it. The apartment was big, and the bed comfortable. But that’s it. I had to clean all the items in the kitchen I wanted to use. The floor was dirty. It’s not worth for the price you pay. Super expensive with poor conditions. I try to contact them for the check out and I am still waiting for their feedback, one week later.

The apartment is close to the city centre

We had a problem when using the bathroom. The drain didn´t work, leading to a swimming pool in the bathroom, making it difficult to use. We told that to the host, so they could fix it or tell us what to do, and they didn´t do anything to help us. We had to fix it ourselves by cleaning the inside of the drain if not we would have ended up with water in all the apartment.

THIS APARTMENT IS FALSE ADVERTISING and I will report it to booking.com! It clearly states you will get the whole apartment but as you can see from my photo there is an extra room that was LOCKED DURING MY ENTIRE STAY. I mean you literally have one room for all of your stuff and you sleep in that room too. For this price you can get a luxurious Best Western hotel with free breakfast at an EVEN BETTER location. Another reason why the apartment is FALSE ADVERTISING is that it says it is soundproof... it is in NO WAY, SHAPE OR FORM soundproof, you will literally hear everything your neighbours do both in the surrounding apartments and above you The apartment is COLD as hell, no extra blankets or anything, you can even feel a draft on your head at night The apartment has NOT been cleaned in a while, my photos prove it, dust everywhere, spiders, someones pieces of beard stuck in the mirror above the sink from when they were shaving last time, look at the shower drape, dirty and disgusting. The way this apartment is built is ridiculous too, you can see that this "host" clearly only wants to make money without doing any work whatsoever The shower is ridiculous as its next to the toilet and there is no proper drain inbetween, there is no where for the water to drain properly and there is no squeegee for you to dry up the water from the shower, you will literally walk on water to the restroom for hours after taking a shower Takes FOREVER to reply to your messages, who does NOT have a hairdryer at their apartment / hotel BY DEFAULT? There was none... she wanted to bring one but by the time she replied more than 12 hours later I brought my own all the way from Ireland If you had the whole apartment, I would gladly pay this price, but since the host says you will have the whole apartment and then proceeds to lock the actual bedroom then this is FALSE ADVERTISING
