Good breakfast, very clean rooms and wonderful views.
It was a bit far away from the towns and wineries but still wonderful. There wasn’t really anybody on site but the management was very accessible, helpful and accommodating to all of our questions and needs!

Property and views of the Douro were amazingRooms were spacious, clean and modern! Breakfast was great as well!
There should be rules posted about respecting the peace and tranquility of other guests who are there to enjoy the serenity and beauty of Casa Miradouro!! The place is so tranquil and relaxing but in our case, ruined by excessive noise levels and dysregulated children. We highly suggest that rules be added to your property policy about noise. It was upsetting that the parents of the young children were oblivious to the other guests and allowed their children to scream and behave inappropriately in shared spaces. As a parent of 4 young adults, we understand the challenges of parenting but the noise was unacceptable! Perhaps some signs around the pool and hallways to remind guests to be respectful of other guests and to minimize noise levels would help! Not of course, the fault of the establishment-Casa Miradouro was incredible! Highly recommend it!

we were surprised at the begining to see the look of the room from the outside, but it was perfect, new, clean, privte and the view was amazing, the pool was nice for a dipp,

Immaculately clean room, with all that you would need, including a large bathroom and air conditioning at this time of the year, a very nice breakfast. Stunning view of the Douro Valley and the stars at night. Cannot compliment the staff enough, the owner was extremly responsive and helpful, we were quite needy and he helped us every way he could.

Fabulous views, close to little town for restaurants and market, pool was too cool to swim but enjoyed sitting in loungers for sun. Used the outdoor grill one night. Breakfast was wonderful! Loved the church Bella every hour and exploring close by. We hope to be back soon.

Location and views were great! Breathtaking views from the room and breakfast room! Breakfast was very good. Comfy bed and warm room. Large sized bathroom. Excellent for families or couples. In the summer would be great as well to enjoy the pool.
The only point I can mention is that there was no hair dryer.

Ideal located with a superb view of the valley. The pool is really nice. The size of the room was huge. Every wine in the area is good. It is not a touristic area at all.
The room was a little "cold". It really has potential, but it needs an interior architect to get there. The breakfast was a little basic.

Couldn’t fault the place at all, spotlessly clean and host was super helpful. Breakfast was good and always plenty available. Views were insane…
Only downside was very noisy neighbours keeping us awake as rooms aren’t sound proofed but this was no fault of the host.

the view was exceptional!!! staff are very friendly and great with communication!! close to one of the train stations aswell - rooms were basic but clean and had everything you need. we didn’t use the pool because it was winter but I’d imagine it would be glorious in summer. breakfast was lovely

The location is breathtaking! It has an amazing view down the Douro river and the vineyard terraces. Only four rooms make for a quiet, intimate location, and each room has a sliding door with giant views.
There is one prime patio location with view. An additional one would really help!
We also couldn't find ice. We made do, but ice in the freezer or a machine would have been awesome to enjoy our great local wine :)
