Parking facilities are hopeless (almost non existing) although we paid for parking

Non-existent air conditioning, the guests cannot control air conditioning which is in fact an air cooler. Not suitable for people travelling in summer.

The room, specifically the bathroom was very big. The beds were very comfortable.

The hotel is located somewhat outside the city center, but the metro is closely.

The breakfast was amazing! The best foods in great collection. It was the very best part of the hotel. The beds are so comfortable. The water (both hot and cold) in the bathroom is very good. The metro station is close. Only 400m. We could leave our car near the hotel.

We booked the cheapest family room. The room was in accordance with this rather scarce, but I think it's OK, because It was really the cheapest room... There was something dry snot on the wall-carpit when we arrived - just beside my pillow. It was disappointing. I had to removed to sleep calm.

breakfast was very good, especially the pancakes. Breakfast staff was also very friendly.

front desk staff was a bit overwhelmed at times and not every one spoke english very well bathroom, especially shower drain, should be cleaned better

Location, clean rooms

Staff at reception was not helpful and not friendly at all when I asked them practical questions (e.g. where to buy metro tickets, which metro to take to a specific place, how to book a taxi, whether I would receive confirmation of the taxi booking through the electronic system they have set up at the reception, etc.). This was not an isolated incident related to one reception staff member only: I stayed at the hotel for 6 days and out of the 10 staff members I interacted with only 2 were friendly and helpful, the other ones made it very clear that I should find out on my own and should stop asking questions (e.g. they literally said "you should just look this up online, it's simple") - clearly this hotel is not used to tourists or people who are not Norwegian and have never visited Norway before. Very disappointing.

The design, the synergy of space and comfort, the absence of carpeting on the floor, the windows in the room that open for ventilation. Breakfast.

The towels in the bathroom were not new/fresh enough.

Room provided were NOT as we booked and totally different from website room descriptions . Not clean outdated old rooms.
