Beliggenheten meget sentralt. Rabatt på parkering. God frokost, litt for ivrig ansatt som tok både kopper og glass før vi hadde drukket opp.

Skittent/støvete på rommene. Fikk ikke rommet jeg hadde bestilt, (Booking.com og rommene samsvarer ikke) noe som ikke er kunden sin feil! etter endel omogmen fikk jeg byttet rom. Begge rommene var støvete/ skitten, lå kvitteringer i vindus karm fra tidligere kunde, utemøbler og gulv var "flaskemerker". Gav beskjed i resepsjonen som var enig at slik skulle det ikke være, men ble ikke gjort noe med. Rotet det til med betaling...fikk både mail og tlf da de ikke klarte og trekke fra kortet.(ble trukket etter 4 dager).

Opplevelsen med dette oppholdet var jevnt over dårlig. Personale var lite imøtekommende, og generelt lite service innstilt. Unntaket er han som jobb i baren, han var veldig hyggelig og hadde et smil om munnen

Le petit déjeûner était très diversifié et le personnel charmant. L'hôtel est très bien situé mais la chambre super petite.

Un bruit assourdissant se produisait régulièrement même au milieu de la nuit. Comme une turbine ou système d'airco qui me réveillait la nuit. Vraiment dérangeant.

No hair conditioner nor body lotion. Limited TV station and not so straightforward to link your own content to the hotel‘s TV.

Die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet, leider war es jedoch sehr voll. Man ist kaum von der Stelle gekommen. Die eingeplanten Räumlichkeiten sind für die Anzahl an Gästen nicht ausreichend. Dadurch hat es auch stark an der Gemütlichkeit gefehlt. Die Lage war gut um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein. Wir hatten eine Aussicht auf die Lobby und gegenüberliegende Büros. Mit anderen Worten: das Fenster war nicht nach draußen ausgerichtet sondern ins Innere des Hotels. Wie oben beschrieben, war es beim Frühstück sehr voll und daher auch sehr laut. Erst am letzten Tag, als wir direkt zu Beginn der Frühstückszeit kamen (da wir früh abgereist sind), haben wir überhaupt mitbekommen, dass dort leise Hintergrundmusik gespielt wurde.

The hotel facilities are well structured and the breakfast is insanely amazing. The room was compact but comfortable and the balcony was a major extra. The bathroom is very well equipped and the staff was friendly. The location is not the most central, but easily accessible by a 5-10 minute walk to and from everywhere.

There are no mini-fridges in the rooms and it can be a little bit small for a bigger person walking around. There’s also an unnecessary chair in the room that takes a bit of walking space.

Everything was great. Perfect location. Clean and modern. The staff was helpfull.

The location is great, quiet and near to most of the attractions. The breakfast is superb, the best we ever meet.

The outgoing carpet from the bathroom was missing (well, in the whole country ... not only in this hotel). The washbasin has a faulty design, the water runs off it. Not enough space for toiletres.

Great breakfast, big selection of cold and hot dishes. Underground parking, although paid (hotel guests have a discount) was easy to find with good parking space in it.

The room was very cold after I checked in - as if the heating was off on the whole floor just until my arrival. Only next morning temperature reached a comfortable level.

When you write parking is include , no need to pay 480 NOK fee for parking by customer.when we search in booking we need hotel that parking is included this hotel come to our list and we book the hotel and when we travel from Sweden to Oslo the reception of hotel said that you could park in P-central and paid 480 NOK per day .

I am driving an electrical vehicle so I book hotels which are listed with chargers. St. Olaf Scandic have 5(?) small chargers in -3 basement. The chargers are not even 11kW. They couldn’t charge my Volvo in full over a nights stay. The parking basement are very narrow and with 498 NOK per 24 hrs it is completely overpriced. The hotel rate is OK taking Norway prices into consideration but the parking price is unacceptable.

The location is excellent within walking distance of the National Theatre, Parliament and the Central hubs. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was ok.

excellent breakfast, very central location

The breakfast was great, good selection of different foods. The location of the hotel was truely excellent! When we had problems concerning our room the staff at the hotel did listen to our complaints and tried to fix the issues and eventually also they were able to fix the issues.

When we arrived the person working in the reception did not give us any basic information about the hotel, for example when is the breakfast or that there is gym. Furthermore, we did not get the room we had booked i.e. we did not get what we ordered and there was also problems with the heating of the room given to us.
