الفندق جميل جداً وقريب من المجمع والموظفين روعة اول ليلة للاسف كان النزلاء في الغرفة المجاورة مزعجين بشكل غير طبيعي ويصرخون ويركضون بالممرات لكن اول ما تواصلت مع المديرة بالموضوع حلت المشكلة وبشكل ممتاز تمت ترقية الغرفة الى سويت وكانت اطلالتها جميلة و كان فيها نادي مصغر داخل الغرفة وكان المكان في قمة الهدوء للامانة تجربه جميله في هذا الفندق

The hotel seemed nice. The pool is very good, as well as the water venture area.

The room we booked was very dirty and not clean, (we got the family fun room). We also did not use the amusement tools like the play station and the karaoke mics due to that sense. Dirt spots were over many carpet areas. The area behind the sofas seemed never been cleaned. The bed / pillow sheets had many spots and dirt. I contacted the front-desk and they replied to contact the house keeping team to solve the issue. The main sink was not working well as the water remains. They promised to fix it. Later after 3 hours (they only changed the sheets). The sink problem remained for another 2 days and started to leak below the washing counter. I reported the problem mid night and waited the expert team to fix it the day after. We kept spotting several cleanliness problems as we discovered the coffee mugs and plates were not cleaned since before our check-in. I was very upset and contacted the manager where she offered another suite type but we could not take it due to the number of beds that will not fit our family. They offered a complimentary transport to the airport in return !! The breakfast place is always crowded. I really do not recommend booking the family fun room as it seems that the house keeping can not make it clean due its settings.

Breakfast in in Gordon Ramsey restaurant was excellent Room was comfortable and spacious, with a good view of the water park. Staff very helpful

Lifts took awhile in peak times

We had A la Carte at Gordon Ramsay’s for breakfast. Very good. Thought we would have like Fresh juices and it was strange that there was none. No fresh orange, mango etc in Malaysia? Otherwise no complaints. We also had lunch on arrival and we simply enjoyed our Beef Wellington. We haven’t had one since we arrived in Malaysia a year ago! Finally, cocktails/wine at the bar was cool.

We had an upgrade to 18th Floor (minus 20th Floor Club Facility) so it was a nice touch. It was a lovely stay overall. My wife had a good break as we were there to play a friendly tennis match v at Sunway Lagoon Club. So nothing really. From the bellboy, Reception and Room Service, everyone was helpful and accommodating.

Water park should be complimentary for those who are staying in this hotel or at least for those who have taken pool terrace room or suite.

1- لا يرتقي للخمس نجوم بسبب ان خدمة الغرف لا تعمل و لا تلبي الطلبات 2- التأخير الدخول اكثر من ساعتين لاستلام الغرف

مكان مميز بالقرب من المول و المرافق و مناسب للعوائل

My stay at the hotel was pleasant with excellent location and room view. The staff was friendly and professional, from reception to room service to the concierge.

We are four adults with no kids, and our only issue arose during breakfast. There are two buffets available; we chose the one close to the lobby to avoid the crowded area with families. I noticed the person in charge at the entrance tried to convince us to switch to the other buffet and asked us a lot of questions. On the last day, she again tried to persuade us to switch buffets or wait for 30 minutes. Although I agreed to wait, she then informed me that the buffet would soon close. Despite available empty tables, I refused to switch. Her lack of basic hospitality and unfriendliness were disappointing.

The family fun suite was great however I wish it had two bathrooms that was the only thing I didnt like and the closet is a bit small for a family

The hotel is stunning. The room was large and beautiful with a dream bathroom. The facilities are amazing. And the breakfast is outstanding. We would really love it if it weren't for a couple of things that disappointed us (see below)

I am very sensitive to smoking and always book a non-smoking room, which I did here, too. But when I came into the room, I thought I was smelling cigarettes. I wasn't sure, so I said nothing and unpacked everything. Then I saw ashes on the bathroom floor. I asked reception to clean it, spray the room, and left. Coming back after three hours, it was still dirty. I got very upset. The towels in the bathrooms smelled, too. Guest relations gave me some compensation, but I was left with the smell and the feeling that the room was not cleaned properly before I arrived. Also, we got there very early, and we couldn't get an early check-in without paying a lot of money. We sat in the lobby for hours before I approached someone else, and she found the room for us. I've been to numerous hotels in the world, and when I fly in early, I usually get a room without being asked to pay another AUD200. Other than this, it would have been a perfect experience.

I love this hotel as this is totally good for kids to "Release their Energy". It really so connivence after whole day play in Hotel we can just walk within 5 minute to get our meal settled. I will definitely come back again for the hotel.

Almost perfect, rooms are exceptionally beautiful. Breakfast buffet was lovely. The pools are nice. Staff was amazing. Loved it all.

The only thing is, the sauna and steam bath was not switched on when i came to use them and there was nobody in sight who knew how to help me. There were no instructions of who we should approach to ask to switch them on. Finally the fella at the gym said he was in charge of the sauna steam, but he was not alert when he saw us heading to use those facilities. Bit tiring walking up and down trying to find someone who knew about them.
